The directions were absolutely simple and folded up perfectly and it’s a little hard for me to lift because I’m 83 years old, but I was able to get it in my car. I just have to find a better way to grab onto it. It will be perfect and it turns so great I am taking it on a cruise in a couple months and I think it’ll be wonderful. Came assembled as advertised, just needed a short charge before trying it out. Immediate response in customer support to ensure it was operational. Expanding it took a little effort but once you break it in, it collapses and expands super easy. Turns out there’s a switch on the battery to get things going, so give the battery a firm push to remove it; switch it to the on position and you’re on your way! Easy to maneuver around the house and carry to put in your vehicle, expect a 40~lb lift. (35~ if you remove the batteries). Great value and quality compared to the others I’ve researched. Received my scooter two days ago. I’m 84 years old and I was able to open the box , and easily got it all together. I called the the customer service to get help with battery info and they weee helpful and I charged the batteries for about 5 hours. I now ride around my neighborhood and stopped to o have lunch and needless to say I’m TRILLED with this scooter and recommend it highly- it opened up my world ... show more
