I recently purchased the Ecomobi Foldable Mobility Scooter from this company, and I can honestly say, this is the company you want to buy from! Not just because the scooter itself is great (and it truly is), but because their customer service is truly outstanding and went above and beyond. The scooter is perfect for someone like me who travels a lot. It folds up easily and fits right into airplane cargo. It only weighs about 41 pounds, so it is light enough to handle with no problem. It even goes in all my cars, including my sport car. For the price, I thought this was an excellent choice. When it first arrived, I ran into a big problem. I thought the charger was bad. I was worried and frustrated. I sent a message to the company, and to my surprise, I received a reply within just a few hours from a wonderful woman named Katharina. She was exceptionally kind, understanding, and sympathetic with my issues. She worked patiently with me to figure everything out. We had a phone call and exchanged several emails for proper documentation. During this process, we discovered the charger was not bad at all! The scooter actually has two battery compartments. Where I though the batter was missing. One compartment for the live battery and another for storing a second battery if you plan to travel more than the 12 to 15 mile range. I thought the battery was completely missing until I finally learned that it was safely stored under the floor mat for shipping. I had simply missed reading about the extra battery compartment! All through this stressful process, their customer support was absolutely amazing. They stayed patient and incredibly helpful. They even sent emails at 3 o’clock in the morning! These dedicated people really wanted to make sure I was completely happy. They did not give up until everything was working perfectly and my worries were gone. If you are thinking about buying a scooter, stop looking right now. Buy from this company. You get a good, reliable, high-quality product and world-class customer service that actually cares about you. I was so impressed that I even added the Amazon sales page paper in the back document compartment behind the seat — just in case someone asks about it, I can give them the exact link and company information without hesitation. Very pleased with this scooter. I weigh 250lbs, 5'9" and it seems tailored to me. Quiet motor, Can acive a rather zippy speed (faster than a brisk walk, anyway). It comes nearly 100% assembled. There isvan LED ambiant light strip that you merely peel back paper and stick in place. It looks awesome with lights in,. It folds easily. It's low 40lbs total weight. Easy to fit in your trunk or SUV. I love it so far. It just feels safe, though I had some obscure questions about the scooter that were not addressed in the owners manual "pamphlet" (needs improving) but customer service called me back quickly and allayed my concerns. Scooter is approved for airline travel, too. What could be better than that? Thrilled with my purchase. Far superior than others in the price range. I bought the dual battery version. 24 mile capacity (Thougy I have not traveled anywhere near thst distance). I want to buy a cover, as I keep mine in the garage. ... show more

Good scooter overall; arrived assembled and after charging batteries, it was ready to go Just a few issues, the instructions didn’t mention the power switches on the batteries which were in the off position The batteries were already installed so I charged them on the scooter Since the scooter power up, I removed the batteries which comes to the next problem. The battery on the power side was impossible to remove by hand; I had to hit it from the bottom with a mallet to pop it out. I believe the power connection is too tight. The good news is the instruction manual has a customer service number on the front. Maybe they have a solution. I don’t think I’ll be able to get a mallet through TSA The third issue I had was finding the breaker (called fuse in the manual) I found it when I folded the scooter up, it was on the right starring me in the face Overall it’s a good value, hopefully customer service can help with the battery issue ... show more

I ordered a scooter and it arrived quickly but was not working. I could not get it to drive even though it was fully charged. The Seller promptly responded to ny problem and after trying all of their suggestions the scooter still would not operate. So the Seller sent me a replacement for the broken scooter very soon afterwards. The scooter is really cute and I love riding it on the sidewalks in my neighborhood . It folds easily and fits into the back of my minivan really well. The battery us pretty light and removes easily. I traveled with it and used it inside of a resort hotel. It is quiet and rides smoothly. One thing I have to do is to buy a small ramp so that I dont have to lift it up over the threshold of my front door to get it outside. I also have about a 3 inch high concrete "bump" to get out of my garage so I had to get off the scooter and pull it over the hump. I hope that the battery life will be good, but there is not way to tell at this earlier time. I also have not checked to see how much replacement batteries cost but plan to ask them. I have no way to actually weigh this scooter but I think it is a little heavier than the description states. Although the pink parts are plastic , I would guess it is over 50 pounds without the heavy wire basket or front bucket attached. I cannot lift it into my van. I figured out a way to prop the front wheels up into the back of the bed, and then lift the back of the scooter to push it in with the wheels. Then I have to reverse that to get it out of the van,. I dont want to put a lift on the back of my vehicle. All in all this was a good purchase. Nowhere else have I seen the pretty colors that are offered on these scooters. So I really wanted PINK and my Granddaughter calls it my "BarbieMobile". ... show more

This is a really nice scooter. It is easy to operate and rides very smoothly. It arrived fairly quickly, but a connection had come loose and it wouldn't go. An easy call to their customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue completely. It is light and compact, and fits easily into the trunk.
