LOVE this tank. We use this for our male double fin betta, and a few shrimp, the tanks display is so helpful with making sure our temp is consistently good (make sure you buy a heater as it doesn’t come with the tank. It took a second to understand how to work it, but it’s INCREDIBLY easy once you understand the basics. The size is perfect to be in my single wide, but still makes a big statement. Glass is durable, and so is the lid/all parts. On the display you can change the light settings, feed your fish, and turn it on or off. There’s also a child proof setting where you can run the tank from your phone, so if a cat or kiddo tries to change the settings on accident- it won’t work. The app has been reliable, and we’ve had zero problems with it communicating with the tank. I was hesitant with how little reviews it had.. but truly the best tank we’ve got, for a very reasonable price. The glass is clearer than any tank we’ve purchased at petco. Looks very nice.. has a ton of different light settings so you can grow plants, have a nice ambience, etc. The app also lets you add a feeding schedule and a lighting scheduled so you don’t over do it. Or if you’re gone out of town for a few days, your tank still functions as if you were there turning the light on. The only thing I would change is the amount of food it automatically dispenses. It’s too much for our single betta, so we’ve had some problems with “over feeding” … but still VERY cool if you can’t physically feed. We have two curious cats who can’t hurt our little betta buddy.. overall I would purchase this tank again!

I’ve really been enjoying this aquarium. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and appreciate that it has an app wherein I can control the lighting (set timers) feeding, and adjust the pump setting. I found it easy to set up and very attractive. I chose the black aquarium because I wanted the black background to better show off my shrimp & plants. There are a lot of different lighting features to choose from -and even lighting that specifically promotes plant growth. My little shrimp seems to love it and shrimplet babies have hatched. It’s quiet and for the size of an aquarium you really don’t need a heater or anything- so basically it comes with everything except for whatever substrate or decorations you want to add. Highly recommend for shrimp, a betta, or small schooling, fish like neons or guppies.

Loved this smart fish tank at first sight, and really like the filtration system and the legs underneath. It looks nice on my nightstand where I can see my fish while lying down. However, for the price I expected it to not become faulty and so quickly. The built in light will not turn off and it gets really hot!! It suddenly went up to 86° and I am upset and worried about my fish. This is unacceptable and I want to be compensated. Amazon is replacing it...with the same one...and said it would be shipped overnight. Nope. It won't arrive for four days!!! I opened the lid hoping it will cool the water, but it has only gone down to 82°. Who is going to replace my fish????

I had tried several fish tanks until finding this one and I am really happy. It’s easy to set up, and although you have to buy the heater separately,‘it’s worth doing so. Since it can be controlled via the smartphone app, one can control the light, feeding and water pump pressure. I suggest to establish the routine early and just monitor from time to time to ensure the functionality is working with your fish and its life. Mine took happily to their new home. Also, it’s incredibly quiet. Make sure to at least take the filters, including the water pump out and rinse it out once a week for better circulation and cleaner fish tank life. The parts can all be found in Amazon. Get one extra set to have it handy. I’m really happy with this investment for my fish and their general health life. I also suggest silicone ornaments vs plastic, to avoid hurting the fish with sharp edges. A couple of snails wouldn’t not hurt.

This tank is amazing! I bought this for my mom’s new betta and was a little skeptical due to the price, lack of reviews, and it being a new company, but this tank is so worth it. It’s beautiful, the app is easy to use, and the betta seems very happy. The only thing she had to purchase separately was a heater which wasn’t expensive. Highly recommend this tank to anyone considering it!

Got it for mu husband's birthday. It works as expected and has a companion app that lets you set a schedule change the light colors and feed the fish. The filter seems to work well. I haven't tried to get replacement filters yet and hope they are easy to get as this doesn't seem to be a mainstream company and is based in China. It looks nice and the sound level is that of a snall water fountain and it is pleasant. Quality seems to be there as well. Took me a while to figure out how to balance the lid while cleaning. It's not on a hunge but has a place to holster it as it's connected to the tank with cords.
