This fish tank is great! Especially for a kid who’s learning to care for a fish. It’s very easy to set up, and it comes with its own “smart system” that allows parental monitoring to ensure the fish is being cared for. One of our favorite things is it has a feeding log whether it’s done manually or by setting up a schedule it logs it. It also has the ability to turn the pump off during feeding so that the fish has time to eat. I got this beautiful tank about a month ago. I’ve been waiting with it for a month to do a good review just to get a real good feel for it. It is a 5 gallon one and it’s just my size. I am a new fish tank owner so I’m fairly new. This tank came very good. Easy to use sturdy very good quality. I mean it just looks beautiful. The lights are really nice how it changes all the different colors as the app, which is very handy for me. The only slight glitch I’m noticing is that an occasion the auto feeder gets jammed so if you set a timer on it if you don’t on occasion, take the feeder apart and then just kind of shake it and check the inside for any stuck seeds. If you do seeds themselves here and there they might get stuck within the inside part. I learned that kind of the hard way, so but that’s really the only obstacle other than that. It seems to be pretty good. The only actually the only other one second to that is that if you do a timer for your lights since it comes to different colors, you cannot have it change colors to different times say if half the day you want it just a natural daylight soft and then for like a couple hours you want it blue light before it shuts off, it won’t turn colors. It’ll only turn on and off within the same colors so you have to manually change it. That’s the only sliding inconvenience so it would be awesome to see an upgrade for that but other than that that’s really good. it’s a really good fish tank. ... show more

The tank is great, but the reason we purchased this tank specifically was because of the ability to feed remotely via app. We have a betta, which only needs roughly 5 pellets for a single feed. This tank doesn’t allow you to select or manage the amount of food it gives. It was more like 50 pellets 😑 That is WAY too much food. Glad we checked before needing it. Our fish might have died… Filter settings are good. Bettas don’t need the higher setting but the lower setting provides just enough. I wish the app allowed the ability to manage the food quantity. Also, the timer for the light is a 24-hour clock. I was confused at first until I scrolled down a little. ... show more

I absolutely love this fish tank It is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my fish . The filter is extremely quiet, which I really appreciate, and the app is easy to use and very convenient The only downside is the automatic feeder It doesn’t work very well with pellets and seems to work best with fish flakes\. Also, the instruction manual could be much clearer and easier to follow .     • What a waste of time

After spending time washing the gravel, rinsing everything, setting up the decorations, filling the tank, and getting excited to finally start my aquarium, I discovered the power does not work at all. Now I have to drain the water, take everything apart, dry it all out, pack it back up, and return it. What should have been a fun setup turned into a complete waste of time. This is the second fish tank I have purchased on Amazon that has had a major issue right out of the box. Extremely disappointing. Worst of the worst!!! ... show more
