It has a front trigger which means it won't go off unexpectedly and soak you like the rear-trigger ones will every time you have to put it down (most folks will know exactly what I am talking about). That is a REALLY nice feature too. It is also very high quality and is very easy to adjust to whatever spray pattern you need. These advantages make It perfect for washing the family cars and most other chores. However, it doesn't have quite as much flow volume as my old, rear-trigger one which means it doesn't perform quite as well for blasting mud off the ATV's and dirt bikes, so I must keep the old one around just for that task. That is why I can't give it 5 stars. It is still the best thing going for washing the cars and other things though so it would work fine for most people. ... show more

I prefer this nozzles spray patterns. I use several hoses around the place and this nozzle has the best spray patterns for in my opinion. I was disappointed that the sprayer was not built with more sturdy materials than the one I purchased in a 2 pack, one like this and one standard twist spray, of nozzles and didn't need another extra nozzle. This item was more expensive than the 2 pack I purchased at Walmart for a single item. The choice is yours. ... show more

    • Hose handle broke in the 1st month of use, spray broke in 2nd month.

My wife gave this to me back in May. Not sure if I just got a dud, or if all the nozzles are this bad, but within the first month of use the rivet holding the handle on broke off. I made up a fix by putting a bolt through it and bending it down so it wouldn't fall out. This worked for about another month, until all of a sudden the spray selector started failing. Now the only mode that seems to really work is jet, and even that doesn't work as well as it should. Not sure what is going on with the nozzle, but I'm not impressed. I would love to return it and try a replacement, but this product only offered a 30 day return window and both mishaps happened just outside that. ... show more

I tried it to wash the car and sidewalk, It works very well. Totally identical to my first feeling. No leaking from each connection at all. It is very easy to adjust the pressure and the pattern. The pressure is not too high, But it is enough for the household jobs.The included quick connector is very convenient for switching between the different nozzles based on the different work. I've used plenty of spray nozzles with some being very disappointing. The plastic ones usually break so I try finding the metal ones for longevity. I have got to say this has the smoothest and lightest lever action I have ever seen. My wife is definitely looking forward to using it to water her flowers!! After a week of light use, the nozzle lost its ability to select between spray patterns - water just gushed out from every hole. I unscrewed the selector and looked inside to see if I could determine the problem. The nozzle is constructed of thin plastic on the inside and the mount that holds the selector o-ring was broken (see picture). ... show more

It's hard to believe this thing has any positive reviews. Most of the functions on it are sub par and it feels like it's made of plastic, even though I think it's metal. Looks nothing like the picture. Id return it if I didn't just plant grass.

Why can't anybody make one of these that doesn't leak? After reading the good reviews, I'd hoped that this sprayer would be a quality item. Instead, I've got yet another hose nozzle that drips from the face plate, onto my wrist, down my arm, and onto my shoes.
