Was skeptical and eventually pulled the trigger and got this chair. Suprisingly it is very comfy and well-made for something that is made in China. The "massage" modes are not bad; the main point of massaging is at the lower back with some variations you can choose with the controller. Putting it together was fine, but had some wonkyness when I put together the armrests. There was some pulling invovled as I was trying to put the screws in, but it went fine and it is a solid assembly. If you are over 6 foot like me, you might find that this was made for shorter people. I had to adjust the height a few times to find the right place; the strapped pillow at the head rest, I had to unsnap and place higher so that it hits my neck just right. Overall, it is a good chair. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13 Y/O son. He absolutely LOVES it! He sits in it every day. He loves that it reclines and has cup holders. He has used the massage function after a baseball and soccer practices and games to relax in his bedroom while he watches tv or plays on his Nintendo switch. It seems to be made pretty sturdy. I have sat in it a couple times, and it is comfortable. This was a great value! It was cheaper than most gaming type chairs. The pillows on it are also good support for your head and lumbar spine. The only thing that would make this chair even better yet is if it could roll on wheels. It is stationary and not light to move all the time, so if it would have wheels would just take this chair above and beyond!! ... show more

BEWARE! You must be certain of your own work ethics if you purchase this chair as an office chair!! It takes great determination to actually get work done instead of laying back for a nice 30 minute massage and comfy nap. As someone with both cervical & lumbar spine issues the support this chair offers is exactly where I need since the pillows are adjustable. ok let me be clear this review in no way is intended to cast a bad reflection on amazon. i haven't contacted amazon nor do i entend to as this is nothing they can prevent. the first photo is the chair arm where the cup holder should be.The second is where i cut a split to install a cup holder.the third is where there is no holes in the arm rest so i can attach it to the chair. the fourth is the other arm rest with the holes made from the factory to allow for attaching to the chair. the 5th is a make it work cupholder i installed. i am 5' 11" tall and when sitting in the chair fully upright my feet will not touch the floor.This makes the swivel feature useless.The lumbar cushion is just in the box &the zipper was broken on the one i received.The chair itself is not comfortable to sit in. i think this is the first bad review i have ever written,but thought it was the right thing to do. I also do not blame the underpaid worker that mad the chair as i am sure he or she was just trying to make the impossible production goal set by the company making the real money from this product. i had bought a previous chair from amazon that i love it just did not have the foot rest feature. which is the only reason i bought this one,i hope this helps someone. The seller contacted me after i wrote this review and offered to send me a cupholder and replace the lumbar cushion. I bought this chair for my husband’s office! It took awhile for it to arrive so delivery wasn’t quick. Directions are just pictures so you just have to figure it out! Pro it looks nice!! Con not worth the price! My biggest issue is he has had this $300 chair for two months and it does not stay up! Every time he sits down the chair goes down! I’m BEYOND PISSED and disappointment that this chair barely made it two months before it started deteriorating!!! I can understand if it had been a year or he was a child using the chair but it has barely been 2 months!!! Don’t waste your money!! It’s not worth it the wait or the money!! Definitely don’t recommend! Save yourself and find a better chair!! ... show more

I bought this for my spouse and she loves it. It's super comfortable and seems well built. It was super easy to assemble and the massaging part is really nice. I love that it has a little storage pouch and drink holder, and I was super surprised it was able to hold my wide rear comfortably! I'm a big girl with wide hips, and I have heard a lot of gaming chairs are built narrow, so I was relieved when I sat in this chair and felt totally cradled.
