Was skeptical and eventually pulled the trigger and got this chair. Suprisingly it is very comfy and well-made for something that is made in China. The "massage" modes are not bad; the main point of massaging is at the lower back with some variations you can choose with the controller. Putting it together was fine, but had some wonkyness when I put together the armrests. There was some pulling invovled as I was trying to put the screws in, but it went fine and it is a solid assembly. If you are over 6 foot like me, you might find that this was made for shorter people. I had to adjust the height a few times to find the right place; the strapped pillow at the head rest, I had to unsnap and place higher so that it hits my neck just right. Overall, it is a good chair. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13 Y/O son. He absolutely LOVES it! He sits in it every day. He loves that it reclines and has cup holders. He has used the massage function after a baseball and soccer practices and games to relax in his bedroom while he watches tv or plays on his Nintendo switch. It seems to be made pretty sturdy. I have sat in it a couple times, and it is comfortable. This was a great value! It was cheaper than most gaming type chairs. The pillows on it are also good support for your head and lumbar spine. The only thing that would make this chair even better yet is if it could roll on wheels. It is stationary and not light to move all the time, so if it would have wheels would just take this chair above and beyond!! ... show more

ok let me be clear this review in no way is intended to cast a bad reflection on amazon. i haven't contacted amazon nor do i entend to as this is nothing they can prevent. the first photo is the chair arm where the cup holder should be.The second is where i cut a split to install a cup holder.the third is where there is no holes in the arm rest so i can attach it to the chair. the fourth is the other arm rest with the holes made from the factory to allow for attaching to the chair. the 5th is a make it work cupholder i installed. i am 5' 11" tall and when sitting in the chair fully upright my feet will not touch the floor.This makes the swivel feature useless.The lumbar cushion is just in the box &the zipper was broken on the one i received.The chair itself is not comfortable to sit in. i think this is the first bad review i have ever written,but thought it was the right thing to do. I also do not blame the underpaid worker that mad the chair as i am sure he or she was just trying to make the impossible production goal set by the company making the real money from this product. i had bought a previous chair from amazon that i love it just did not have the foot rest feature. which is the only reason i bought this one,i hope this helps someone. The seller contacted me after i wrote this review and offered to send me a cupholder and replace the lumbar cushion. I did not write the review for that reason,however i think it is important that i add this addendum to the review to show the seller is willing to make an effort to satisfy the customer. i seriously doubt anyone is going to take the time to read my advised statement,however this seller has emailed me several times in an attempt to make things good with the product. i did ammend my review and give them another star for thier effort in trying to fix the initial product quality i received. i still do not like the chair but that is a personal taste and comfort issue not an issue with the quality of thier product.Doubt anyone will read this far down a review,but if you do this vendor did send me a cupholder to install in the chair.So i must say they did do all they could to fix this product. ... show more

Amazingly comfortable and great chair for the price! The set up was a little bit confusing at for but my husband and I had this put together in less than 20 min. The chair is awesome! It is perfect for my size but my husband is 6’3” and it’s a bit small for him. He still wants one though! :)

    • Recline not is not 140 degrees, and this is not for Taller People
I was happy to receive this UYOYO Massage Video Gaming Recliner Chair a few days earlier than promised, which is a good thing. I hired Amazon Home Service to assemble, and after a little challenge, the assembly was completed. Everything about this Chair appears to work as advertised except that I was very disappointed that the chair recline advertised as up to 140 degrees is NOT true. This Chair only allow reclining about 110-120 degrees, which was a great disappointment. I bought this Chair because they advertised up to 140 degree recline. Secondly, the Chair appears to be fine for people who are probably 5 feet tall or shorter. As a 6 footer, my legs hangs well over the foot rest, and I had to lean on additional stool or furniture to be comfortable. The massager for now works as advertised. I had to score this Chair low because of the recline significantly lower than advertised. This is an okay chair and comfortable if you are 5 feet or shorter, and do not care about recliner limited to about 110-120 degrees only. ... show more

BEWARE! You must be certain of your own work ethics if you purchase this chair as an office chair!! It takes great determination to actually get work done instead of laying back for a nice 30 minute massage and comfy nap. As someone with both cervical & lumbar spine issues the support this chair offers is exactly where I need since the pillows are adjustable. Even when I do decide to hit the massaging button while I’m working the motor is so quiet no one knows I’m secretly going into a full body utopia. ... show more
