Order this in Deep Purple Mermaid style. Dress looks exactly as pictured and color is very stunning. Material does not feel or look cheap. I ordered a size 14 &16 because reviews recommended sizing up. I received size 16 first and when I unzipped to try on I noticed white deodorant residue on the inside liner and on both armpit areas. I don’t believe the dress had been worn and returned, but it’s unsanitary and if I decide to keep the dress I would have it cleaned before wearing. The 16 fit fine; however, the zipper appears to be off center just a tad so the sequined overlay gaps and does not lay flat on sides. The online sizing chart measurements are not accurate, i.e. the length for size 16 says 58’ but the length of dress I received was 55’ which actually was a perfect length even with heels (I’m 5’6). I’m still on the fence about the Mermaid Style so I ordered the Maxi style in Deep Purple which I think has more flow and a less constricting fit. Price is very reasonable and shipping was fast, but you’ll definitely want to order a couple of months before your event to ensure sizing is accurate.

This dress was perfect for the Night to Shine event I volunteered at. I wore it 6 hours and it was comfortable from start to finish. I sized up two sizes as recommended by some and it fit perfect. I may have even been able to only size up one size but didn’t want to chance it. Next time. I may just order two and pick the better of the two sizes. The arm sleeves were very flattering and concealing. The neck line was a tad low but like I mentioned, I could have taken one size smaller but opted to stick with two sizes above my normal size. I’m a 10 and chose a 14 based on reviews. The hem length is perfect. I was able to zip it myself “if I had to”. So many compliments and I felt beautiful in it.

I ordered a size 14 which was the size of dress I tried in stores, so true to size. I am 5’8” and 190lbs. The material and stitching:sequins was very pretty! I would have kept it but it was probably 3 inches too short. Tried it on with flats and still looked too short.

The dress was made extremely small and it didn't line up. I had to buy multiple dresses to see which one fit the best. I ended up not choosing either of them. The stitching was off and made the dress look lopsided and my hips uneven. Trying to return it was even worse. Customer service dragged out the return process until it past the return date so they didn't have to uphold the "free shipping". I had to pay to return it. I would never shop this company again. Everyone in the bridal party had issues with either the dress or customer service from Ever-Pretty. Amazon did help make it easy. Never again!!!
