I find myself buying new shower heads at least once a year. So far we're loving the amount of pressure it has and it's multiple spray settings. This one allows it to be taken apart for easy cleaning. It's lightweight, and the neck that houses the filter is made of plastic but seems durable. It's been in use for a few weeks now and no issues yet. The water here is very hard, so I already had an in-line filter in place. We'll see how long before we see sediment build up. So far it's nice!

The shower attachment to faucet is smaller that the pipe coming from the wall, they should provide an adapter so it will fit either the large or small diameter faucet. Activating the shower nozzles is a little tricky, the head needs to be pointed and tilted towards you for 2 of the shower nozzles to work, all the way tilted down is one spray and tilted up is another, turn the head over and tilt the head down for the 3rd nozzle. If you raise the head to far the nozzle on the opposite side turns on spraying water on the back wall of the shower, The water adjustment knob is reversed when the single head is on, very difficult to operate. The shower works good with plenty of water pressure. I am happy with it and would purchase another on. The box it came in was packed very well and it arrived earlier than expected.

Uh, YES. It is. I am stoked at how much healthier my hair and skin are. I don't even always need to put on lotion after I shower with the Luxsego. Hair color lasts longer, too. I want to warn people, tho, of what happened to me the first time I tried to switch out the white filter tube. Omg. Remember!!!.... the vented blue cap on the cotton tube GOES ON TOP!!! The solid one, with no slots, goes on the bottom. The first time I put it together, I hooked it up super easily and fast and it worked great from the jump. After I changed the filter, the water flow was GREATLY reduced. I had read that may happen if you use just the mineral beads. I took it apart again and went on to a super frustrating struggle. The water flow would not return to normal. Water was only dripping out. It is kinda hard to juggle the beads, the filter, and the blue caps. If it all "CLICKED" into place it would be super better. After about 45 mins and a thorough soaking of my self and my bathroom, I walked away and let it dangling in the tub. Today when I went back to it, I double checked everything I did yesterday and came at it with a few more tries. Another good ½ hour later filled with unscrewing and screwing the housing back together, I finally realized the problem. One of the larger gray beads was lodged into the shower head. It was easy to miss because it was in there pretty deep and the mineral ball is the same shade of gray as the shower head. It was wedged in there so well I couldn't shake, rattle or get it out at all. Eventually I ended up using a clay carving tool to chip away at the mineral ball till I kinda pulverized it and it just crumbled out into my hand. WHAT a relief. I really dig this shower head. It's definitely odd at first, getting used to the 3 way flip of the head. Honestly, on the cool vortex setting, I use the water stream as a water pik for my teeth. Odd. I agree. But hey, it works. The first picture has the mineral ball still lodged in the shower head. Second is the dislodged ball, and you can see the size of the hole it was stuck in. So, yeah. Don't forget the blue caps on the white filter tube. I didn't shower today because I couldn't figure it out. The price for what you get is outstanding, but OMG! Put some kind of screen over that hole if you're not using the cotton filter. Oh yeah, Those balls go EVERYWHERE. Consider yourself warned and be prepared for some angry sounds from your vacuum. Cuz you are never going to find them ALL😆😆😆😆😆

I am surprised on how good the shower head is. I have tried numerous shower heads and saw this and gave it a try and I am very happy with the results. All you need to do is tilt the head to get different water spraying capabilities. I like the filter to create skin softness and installation was easy and this is great value for the money.

The product itself does a great job BUT (and I’ve purchased these filters twice) after about 3-4 months you’ll see cracks in the shower head and water will spew out everywhere. I didn’t bang the shower head or hit it against anything, the base is made of a cheap plastic that allows the cracks to start.

It leaks from it's own part rather than the parts the consumer tightens. Now I have to deal with taking apart another shower handle (the first time to replace the old and install this faulty product). The length of the shower tube is much shorter than expected. The design for tilting the shower head forward or backwards for different spray options catches you by surprise and sprays your entire bathroom if you're not careful. Imagine having guests over. This product feels like it was designed by people who have never designed any household products before. The filter in the middle is made of Cotton - not carbon, which means it doesn't actually filter anything. The beads are virtually impossible to fill - horrible all around. I wish I never bought it, now I have to do more work to remove it and yet more work to refund it. This is a bad product to sell - take it off the market!
