Basic weight bench with a high back. Very sturdy for sit-ups, hand weights. I even use it with my mini pedal cycle and it’s like a recumbent cycle! Can’t speak to its performance as a true weight bench/heavy weights, but it’s perfect for my purposes. Folds nicely too. Price is right!

I finally got around to putting this thing together. Assembly was quick and easy. The end result is a very sturdy and stable bench. It also appears to be made of good materials. With the added headrest, it’s just the right size for my 6‘4“ frame. It’s also quite firm, which I like a lot. When I’m not using it for dumbbell workouts, I’m sitting on it when playing the guitar or banjo, it’s perfect because there are no armrest to get in the way of my picking or fretting hands/arms. ... show more

Works good but when I rolled off the edge I heard the wood cracking. So I don't roll off the edge anymore just sit up instead. But I like the ease of use and setup and the incline positions are great.
