Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am giving five stars to the seller, although the chair itself did not work out for me (see details below) and arrived with a small (~0.25") tear in the front of the seat. The seller gets top marks as they approved a refund immediately and—much to my surprise—did not require me to return the chair, even though I was ready to pack it up in its original box and send it back. Perhaps it is because the leather was damaged? Regardless, I found this very generous, and can recommend that folks buy with confidence and give this chair a try if they think it will work out for them. This is the first of three chairs I ultimately purchased in my efforts to replace my extremely uncomfortable, 5-year-old pink gaming chair. This was my first choice because I was interested in the unique lumbar support; I haven't seen anything like it in any other chair out there. I also really liked the ability to adjust the armrests up and down. The box this arrived in was HUGE. The chair base is all one piece, unlike a lot of other chairs where you attach the five separate legs to a center piece. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take long. Things I loved: -Wow, is this chair PRETTY. The colors and styling are beautiful, and I appreciated that the logo was only placed on the headrest pillow and not on the body of the chair itself (I hate logos, and the headrest pillow could easily be replaced.) -It feels solid and very sturdy. -It rolls very smoothly. -I like the up-and-down movement of the armrests. -In spite of the small tear, the leather material is nice and soft and a gorgeous color. -The seat and shoulder wings are wider than other chairs I've tried, and therefore less "squeezy" around my thighs and shoulders. Things that ultimately resulted in a return: -there was a small tear in the leather on the seat. But, if the other issues I list below existed, I probably would have kept the chair anyway. -the biggest problem is that it's uncomfortable for my body type. I am tall (5'10") but I think this chair is actually better for someone either taller (or much shorter) than I am. The lumbar support could have been genius, but unfortunately the shape of it is positioned wrong for my back. Even when fully retracted, it has too dramatic of a curve, and in order to rest my head on the headrest I have to arch backwards unnaturally. Might be okay if I only ever used the chair for office work (I work from home and like to sit very straight when I'm working) but I also like to recline when I game, and it just isn't comfortable. -the armrests aren't padded, so my elbows get sore. Also, they easily rotate/click outwards and inwards at angles, for some odd reason. Often they would rotate when I didn't intend to rotate them. Annoying. Other notes: -After adjusting the lumbar section forward, the only way I could get it to fully retract again was to gently lay the chair on the ground on its back and kneel on the lumbar section to press it down. While it was upright, I was physically unable to apply enough pressure to get it back into place. -There are magnetic covers for the bolts on the outside of the seat back - they work fine, but they hang on purely by magnets and don't quite sit flush. I think kids or active/inattentive adults will probably find themselves knocking the covers off. -There's about a one-inch gap between the backrest piece and the seat piece after it's assembled, which I find a little odd. It's very noticeable. -I did not try (nor do I care about) the massage function, so this review doesn't address that feature. -I have learned that I prefer a footrest on my chair - might not matter to other folks. -I realized I don't like the black base and armrests, aesthetically. My office area is pink and white, and I ultimately want a chair with white metal/plastic rather than black.w6-+

This chair surprised me... Its affordable and comfortable and quite sturdy. For the price i was surprised that the chair was made of mostly sturdy metal and good quality fabric. my Huge issue with the chair is that the adjustable back support, it protrudes way too much The back support being so far out even after adjusting it to sit flat its just too difficult to get comfortable when trying to lean back if the chair back support could sit flush with the back of the chair this would be a 10/10 chair

The media could not be loaded. The chair is great and my employee who has a bad back loves the support it gives him but a piece in box did come broken. It wasn’t a major piece but that was a bummer overall tho very happy with chair and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chair with great support for back
