First of all NOTHING IS LABELED!!! Not the parts nor the hardware. You have to figure out which are the BB and which the CC bolts. Luckily, they are different counts so you can figure it out from the parts list. Then the alignment is very poor, so it's hard to get just a few threads in, nevermind the 50% as directed. This not only results in unsightly gaps (see pic), but you are liable to strip the hex head of the small (AA) bolts. You'd think they include a few spare ones to mitigate that, but I guess 15 cents would eat into their margin. I don't see why the bottom cross bars don't come already assembled, or better yet why they are not integral (welded) to the legs. I'm pretty sure I can get everything in the box with those bars attached... in fact, I just might. I give it 2 stars because the color is nice and the wider arm rests are also, otherwise this is a 1 star because of the lack of thought and care that went into the assembly aspect of it.
