We are a married couple - 78 years old. Ordered this one person infared sauna because it had all the features we wanted for a very reasonable price. Chromotherapy lights, a reading light and outdoor light, 8 heating panels for a full body experience, and it is Low EMF and Ultra Low ELF.It also has two very good blue tooth speakers. It arrived one week ahead of the anticipated date which was a pleasant surprise. The shipper brought it into the house and we unpacked the three boxes to find the sauna extremely well packaged, with no problems.It actually took longer to open the boxes than to set the sauna up! We could tell right away that care had been taken to make sure it arrived in great shape, Assembly took us about 30 minutes and we were glad we had four hands to do the job. It was really simple and well manufactured, but the pieces are a bit large to be managed easily by one person, though Im sure someone younger could have accomplished it without too much trouble. We plugged the sauna in right away and it heated up with no problem. We are 100% happy with it so far, Its a very nice quality and was a good value.

Best sauna and seller ever - Seriously - stop looking and order this one! The seller was quickly responsive immediately after purchase. Original shipping was going to take up to a month because I needed the left opening door – I got it in two weeks (which was a lifesaver for my sore neck!). I had a couple questions that were answered super quickly – one that was a little more detailed took a couple days, but it was resolved, and everything is working perfectly. I spent a long time debating on buying this, and I’m so happy I finally did – it’s a beautiful, easy to put together, perfect sauna. Fits great in the bedroom and is just so wonderful (added a lovely silk painting in the window for some extra good vibes and I am a happy camper!).

What more could you ask out of a Sauna from this price point. It arrived very quickly. I installed it alone. (would recommend 2 to simplify) The max heat of 140 degrees takes about 45 mins to reach but it's more than capable of doing the job. Great for 2 people and the unit is as simple to use as you could ask for.

I absolutely love this sauna especially the size of this sauna. It fits in the corner of my home office. I love the Bluetooth, I love the lighting, and I love how fast it heats up. I set it at 130 degrees. (140 degrees made me dizzy) It takes about 12 minutes to heat it up. And I stay in for 20 minutes, almost everyday. The only problem is, after about five minutes the heat starts dropping, and I have to reset it plus 1or2 degrees higher then where it was so it will stay hot. So in 20 minutes, I have to reset & increase the heat 3 or 4 times to keep the heat high enough. I Have read other reviews where people had to do the same thing. Since everyone hasn’t reported this, I’m wondering if it is faulty. Set up takes 2 people but super easy and quick and very well made.

Pros -you can sizes for your specific need -I'm sensitive to smells, this has a pleasant wood smell like ikea -programabe inside and out with decent bt speakers -nice quality rgb led light choices, nice interior exterior white lighting that can be turned off -diatamacious foot mat -incredibly good design, quality construction, that is super easy to assemble, I WISH EVERYTHING was built this well and easy to put together Cons -The box arrived quite damaged, but everything was fine inside except for slight blemishes in one of lcd screens, but I'm not sure if it happened during assembly or what.

So far I am very happy with our sauna. It was delivered early and that was appreciated. The seller sent us a message on instructions and what to expect. And what to do if the shipping had any issues. Shipping was great. No damage. Polite person that delivered it. It was packed well. My husband put it together in 45 minutes. So far all is great. Works well. It heats up fast. Does not have all the bells and whistles but it does have Bluetooth that works great. For 25 minutes a day it’s perfect especially for the price. On a side note. Area is smaller than what we imagined. I put a suction holder on the window and it holds all I need in there. And because of the size it fits nicely in our bedroom. The floor gets very hot. You can shut that off and use the foot sauna that comes with or put a small towel down to keep off the heaters directly. Overall we are happy with the product!

The quality of this sauna is absolutely incredible! Delivery was great—just a few days later than expected—and the delivery service was very good about calling us an hour before delivery. SUPER well-packed in three separate boxes. No tools needed!!!! Amazingly solid construction. It only took us 30 minutes to assemble. Unboxing took longer than assembling it 😀. The electrical components are already contained in the top piece, requiring zero skill to get working. The control panel is user friendly. The chromotherapy lighting is just right, and I appreciate the color options as I change them depending on what time of day I’m using it. (Blue or white in the morning. Red in the evening) The Bluetooth speakers are crystal clear and easy to pair with my iPhone. This sauna gets to a max temp of 149° F, so I preheat it and step into it when it reaches about 115°. After 20-30 minutes on the timer, I’m drenched (a usual non-sweater). My husband kept saying how impressed he was with the quality. It feels like a $4K sauna. Also, the smell of the wood is heavenly, and the unit itself is attractive. We would recommend this a thousand times over! Plugs into a standard outlet in our house.
