So for the price (292 at time of my purchase) these headers work pretty good. They fit it from the top which was great. Plenty of clearance and dont hit anything. You will have to use angled plug wires or use the kevlar/fiberglass heat shield covers, I used both. The only "issue" i have with them is they are close to the frame rails in the squarebodies. With that said i had to do some modifications to my current exhaust which eventually led to just redoing it completely for simplicity. Overall, they look good and work great.

These couldn’t have fit better. Running Tejas motor mounts on a 5.3 LS swap in a 1987 r10 (c10) same thing. I did remove the passer side ear on the 4l80e see pictures. Tons of clearance all around. The trans pan is slightly lower than the headers which is awesome! O2 sensors are positioned so they clear nicely. Welds and quality look good ! I did have the V-bands welded on . ( Sold separately )

Bought it for a Ls 6.0 on 84 k20 with 4” lift, and let me tell you, if fit perfectly, excellent quality and absolutely recommend.

Absolutely does NOT fit a c10 or c1500 with an LS they hit the frame hard on both sides. Without serious modifications they DO NOT fit. I’ve tried a 78 c10 and an 89 c1500 will not fit either

Had to make some adjustments on passenger side to clear from. Looks good, works well. Suggest buying so V bands with them.

Fits great on my 4x4 square body LS swap. Only fitment issues where the TH350 bell housing ears (shaved them off) and the leaf spring bolts. Cut them shorter and flipped them the other way. I also the stock clam shell motor mounts with Amazon adapters. Will need to figure out how to run exhaust tho. Leaving this review for the guys doing a 4x4 ls swap and looking for header. Also these do seem like good quality checked the welds and they were good too. They do come with gaskets but you should Be buying the metal ones. Believe my frame is from a 78 square doesn’t have the cab mount cross member.

I have a 1987 Suburban V20. 4wd with a 5.3 swap and th400 transmission. These manifolds bolted right up. No clearance issues. My motor mounts are lifted about 1/8 of an inch to clear my oil pan. Even without raising the motor these will fit just fine. No problems installing o2 sensors either. Collector o.d. Measures just over 3 inches.
