These will not fit a 6.0. The flange on the drivers side header is welded on incorrectly. The flat part of the flange should be facing the transmission when installed, but it’s not. As shown in the pictures it’s facing forward.

Giving it 2 stars because the look nice but it will not work for my vehicle like it says it will. I have an 08 silverado 5.3l, the exhaust flange is welded on incorrectly. Its almost 180° off from where is should be. I would say it's a fluke but if you look at the pictures, it's like that in them as well.

These exhaust headers fit perfectly and lined up just like they should. The quality feels solid and well made, especially for the price. Installation went smoothly with no major issues, and everything bolted up nicely. They definitely helped improve performance and sound compared to the stock setup.
