- Fits 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Trucks Designed for Small Block Chevy (SBC) engines, these long tube headers fit C10, K10, C20, K20, C30, K30, R10, R20, R30, V10, V20, V30, K5 Blazer, Suburban, C1500, K1500, C2500, K2500, C3500, K3500, and Jimmy.
- Fits Square Body 1973-1991 Blazer, Jimmy, Suburban, 2500 & 3500 Models Engineered to fit classic Square Body trucks up to 1991, even as newer 1500 pickups switched to the GMT-400 platform after 1987.
- Requires Header Spark Plugs & Heat Shields Standard spark plugs may have clearance issues. Use Accel 0576S (Taper Seat) or Accel 0414S (Gasket Seat) for proper fitment. Plug wire heat shields are strongly recommended.
- For 2WD & Lifted 4WD Models Only These headers fit 2WD and lifted 4x4 trucks. Not recommended for stock-height 4x4 models due to possible front driveshaft clearance issues.
- Compatible with Small Block Chevy Engines Works with 265, 262, 283, 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 SBC engines from 1955-1995, when installed in 1973-1991 Square Body pickups.

These headers are awesome, only one small modification. Took about and hour and a have to install. Take plugs and wires off and drop the starter, slid right in. Had to cut a small section out on the rail for temp sender, that was it. Would recommend and great price.

Would not clear the engine mount saddle on drivers side and had to drill out all the holes on the upper flanges to line up with the holes in the cylinder heads.

I installed these on a 1982 k10 with the 2.5 rough country suspension lift. I couldn't believe how well they fit and how easy they were to install. I did have to trim driver's side motor mount as stated by manufacturer. That wasn't a big deal tho as it only took me a few minutes. All bolt holes lined up perfectly and there was no clearance issues with the front driveshaft. These are great looking headers and I'm very pleased with them.

The holes did have to be opened up. If they know this, why not just make them bigger?? The driver’s side front pipe hits motor mount. Had to adjust with a BFH. 1979 C10 350.

I have a 1986 Chevy K5 Blazer 4x4 with a 350 and followed the installation instructions. After drilling the existing holes with a 7/16 drill bit and having to shave the driver side engine mount ear (passenger side not necessary), I had no issues with installation. I’m giving 4 stars just because it does require some fab work. In the photos, see picture of engine mount where it meets the header. You just have to shave the back ear of the engine mount.
