- Fits 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Trucks Designed for Small Block Chevy (SBC) engines, these long tube headers fit C10, K10, C20, K20, C30, K30, R10, R20, R30, V10, V20, V30, K5 Blazer, Suburban, C1500, K1500, C2500, K2500, C3500, K3500, and Jimmy.
- Fits Square Body 1973-1991 Blazer, Jimmy, Suburban, 2500 & 3500 Models Engineered to fit classic Square Body trucks up to 1991, even as newer 1500 pickups switched to the GMT-400 platform after 1987.
- Requires Header Spark Plugs & Heat Shields Standard spark plugs may have clearance issues. Use Accel 0576S (Taper Seat) or Accel 0414S (Gasket Seat) for proper fitment. Plug wire heat shields are strongly recommended.
- For 2WD & Lifted 4WD Models Only These headers fit 2WD and lifted 4x4 trucks. Not recommended for stock-height 4x4 models due to possible front driveshaft clearance issues.
- Compatible with Small Block Chevy Engines Works with 265, 262, 283, 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 SBC engines from 1955-1995, when installed in 1973-1991 Square Body pickups.

The holes did have to be opened up. If they know this, why not just make them bigger?? The driver’s side front pipe hits motor mount. Had to adjust with a BFH. 1979 C10 350.

Installed on 79 k10. Driver's side had to be modified due to motor mount and passenger side had to be modified due to frame. The holes had to be resized due to being slightly off.

Put em on my 95 lt1 with angle plugs in my lifted 83 k10 had to drill out all the bolts holes couple sizes bigger and only had to trim driver motor mount a lil bit , but got em in with no denting sounds good

Size: Copper Exhaust Header
At under six dollars the 3 Inch Copper Exhaust Header Collector Gasket Set is a bargain. Fiber collector gaskets will burn through after a few years, sometimes sooner. I have never seen a copper header gasket burn through when managing the family’s muffler shop for years. The price is the same as for the fiber ones too. Not a tough decision.

Size: Copper Exhaust Header
The fiberglass collector gaskets that come with headers are usually cheap and don't last so I decided to give these copper ones a try. They fit perfectly on my S10 and seem to be working well at this stage. The exhaust just got done and the truck has only been started up in the shop so far (haven't taken it on the road yet). Will update if any issues with longevity but so far I like these and will definitely use them on some of my other trucks when I go to do the exhaust.
