These headers are awesome, only one small modification. Took about and hour and a have to install. Take plugs and wires off and drop the starter, slid right in. Had to cut a small section out on the rail for temp sender, that was it. Would recommend and great price.

I installed these on a 1982 k10 with the 2.5 rough country suspension lift. I couldn't believe how well they fit and how easy they were to install. I did have to trim driver's side motor mount as stated by manufacturer. That wasn't a big deal tho as it only took me a few minutes. All bolt holes lined up perfectly and there was no clearance issues with the front driveshaft. These are great looking headers and I'm very pleased with them.

Fitment is not great, be prepared to do a lot of modifications to the drivers side. They tell you the motor mount is an issue, which it is but I had to heat and beat another tube that rubs the frame so bad that I couldn't even get the header into position without a lot of modification. Also #7 spark plug is an issue, can not use a socket unless you modify that tube as well. Gaskets leak right off the get go as well and the hardware they send could be better quality. It would be nice if they had O2 sensor bungs welded in for those who might need them. I know this isn't a great review, but the build quality of the actual header seems pretty good even if the fitment isn't great.

I have a 1986 Chevy K5 Blazer 4x4 with a 350 and followed the installation instructions. After drilling the existing holes with a 7/16 drill bit and having to shave the driver side engine mount ear (passenger side not necessary), I had no issues with installation. I’m giving 4 stars just because it does require some fab work. In the photos, see picture of engine mount where it meets the header. You just have to shave the back ear of the engine mount.
