This is a great starter tank as it comes with everything you need to start your saltwater aquarium. That being said I am already a hobbiest and have a much larger established reef tank. I was in need of another tank for my smaller corals as some of my fish were bullying them. This is the perfect starter kit for beginners and experienced reefers. It has everything you need to get a marine tank running. They even have tutorials in case you really are a beginner. Bear in mind that you must cycle your tank really well for anemones and they're not as easy as clownfish but you can do it. This kit is perfect. I really love this kit! It includes quality products that you won’t feel like you need to upgrade like most aquarium kits out there. Matthew does an excellent job in his videos walking you through everything step by step. The only reason, and it’s minor, I didn’t give it 5 stars has nothing to do with the products, but just the learning app is a little clunky to navigate and search for remaining challenges. I love this tank! It was my very first fish tank ever. Yes, a saltwater! Very user-friendly to assemble and start. Great built quality and really has all that is needed to get things started, not only from a material/gear perspective, but also from the educational content that is included through the access to an exclusive web portal. I've had it for a year now, and currently have a Clownfish, three corals, a sea orchid, and a cleaning crew composed of different snails. The kit is a true all-in-one; sand, rocks, refractometer, salt, filter, fish food, etc. You just have to purchase the animals, but you get a $20 gift card from Hello Reef for that too!
