I was surprised when I opened the box and saw that these headers were actually really nice quality and they were a described. I've got a Suburban 4x4 and they bolted on with no issues. Yes the 3rd plug on the sides are a little tight but no issue and they sound great, look great and yes more power.

Perfect fit. Sealed perfectly. The 3rd pipe on each side does interfere with the spark plug cables. 90degree cables are required. The welds are a bit lightweight. While maybe not needed I did reweld just to make sure they hold.

Fit as advertised nice finished product.however be prepared, third pipe on each side doesn't allow clearance for plug wire.plug wire sock isn't enough to stop cooking the wire.my next step will be header wrap at wire location.

    • Everything I hoped they would be and a good excuse to fix some issues.
These fit perfectly in my stock 2005 GMC Sierra 5.3L. I wrapped them with fiberglass and sprayed them down with high temp silicone. I ordered short 45 degree spark plugs and barely got the spark plugs in but I think that was the fiberglass boots I added along with all of the wrap that made it difficult. I welded and and removed several broken manifold bolts and installed stainless studs. The temps are way down, the bolts are fixed and I'm sure there's a small power gain. ... show more

Installation was on a 2013 tahoe 2wd. Zero fitment issues, used 45º plug wires. All gaskets sealed and everything lined up.
