Came exactly as advertised and it work great. I gave it 4 stars because there is no way to use the fan without the remote control, NO Pull chords. It never dawned on me until I had it installed, hopefully the remote doesn't get lost or broken.

First off; package was later and later until it was lost. Cancelled and reordered. However, this product did not come with any mounting brackets or washers; and bracket is not of standard size for mounting. No ability to call manufacturer; only an email. I’m really regretting this purchase!

    • Nice unit but installation instructions are horrible.

First the installation instructions for this fan are garbage. They are hard if not impossible to see the diagrams especially the detailed views. This caused me to keep redoing assembly steps as I realized I missed a part or put something in the wrong order. Second this unit does not do well from an assembly stand point when using the shorter of the two attachment rods. The covering that mounts to the ceiling to make things look nice and clean gets in the way as you try to do the final wiring. When trying to tighten the final cover screws to finish things up, requires a very short and thin screw driver. Also recommend loosening those screws in the mount bracket before you hang the fan. I also recommend getting some extra wire nuts that are a bit larger than those included. The included were too small to use with our house wiring gauge. Once installed, the unit works well after we figured out the remote and which buttons to press for the fan verse the light. The led light is bright. Do like the RGB options. The fan speed options are good. Biggest complaint is the installation and bad instructions. ... show more
