I don’t have time to go to a spa regularly, so being able to get a similar sauna experience at home is a huge plus. It heats up pretty quickly and the temperature range (up to 167℉) is more than enough to get a good sweat going. I usually set it around 120–140℉ for about 30–40 minutes, which feels intense but still comfortable. The material feels durable and well-made, and it’s easy to wipe clean after each use. The concept of this sauna blanket is great, but unfortunately the build quality did not hold up. After roughly 2 months of normal use, the inner zipper near the arm opening came off entirely. This is not a minor cosmetic issue — it prevents proper use of the blanket. While customer service helped with the return, the product itself did not meet expectations for durability at this price point.

Great Sauna! It’s wonderful to be able to lie down and relax while using it. I’ve owned other personal saunas before, but they all required me to sit up. This one has two zippered ports so you can keep your arms outside to use your phone. It gets quite warm since the heating elements are close to your body. It even comes with disposable blankets to make cleanup much easier.

The sauna blanket is easy to use, heat up in about 2 minutes( you can see how fast the temperature goes up on the remote control). I recommend this product to whomever likes sauna but don’t have a sauna room at home, it is very convenient.
