The Sauna shipped in two different boxes. One with the top and bottom, the other with all 4 side panels. My wife and I installed this in 30-40 minutes. It was so easy to install!! The pieces fit perfectly in there locations and everything was clearly marked. This is a very well made Sauna and give it an “A” for craftsmanship for the money. I have now used it a couple of times with extremely positive feedback. It took about 10 minutes to heat up and did everything it was supposed to do. The Bluetooth worked flawlessly and I like the fact you can change the mood lighting to whatever color you want. It has only reached about 130 degrees so far, but since this is just my first couple of times, I probably lasted about 20-30 minutes in there. I did notice the heat can be a little hot on the feet so might consider putting something in to elevate them a few inches from the floor without disrupting the circulation of heat or just leave it. This heats up quickly and was incredibly easy to set up with two people. I wish it got a little hotter, but I’ll add a tiny space heater to help with that.

    • HAPPY OVERALL
On balance, I have a positive feeling about my purchase of this personal sauna. My “Pros/Cons” break down as follows: Pros • The unit produces a nice heat level (150 F) very quickly. • The unit fits together very well. I was a little leery of the “buckle” system, but there are no gaps in any of the four corners. • The exterior surface has a nice finish. • The assembly instructions are mainly pictorial, but were easy to follow. Cons • The interior is very tight quarters. It’s probably somewhat unfair to call this a “con,’ since the dimensions are clearly stated in the product description, but it’s difficult to move around even slightly (turning from side to side; stretching legs; etc.). And at 5’ 9”, I banged my head a few times when exiting the sauna (*placing a sticker on the top of the glass door as a visual reminder of the height limitation has solved that problem). • Whereas the exterior is smoothly finished, there are a couple of “rough” spots on the interior that are splintering. Sanding and/or filling will probably take care of it, but it’s a little irritating, as is the fact that the interior is completely unfinished wood. • The user manual leaves something to be desired in its explanation of the control panel functions. There are several symbols and operations that aren’t (adequately) explained in the manual. To be fair, the company has been very responsive to my questions regarding this issue, but better foresight in the design of the manual would seem to be a better solution. As I said at the outset, overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase of this product, and am happy that I have been able to resume a part of my routine that I had abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic. ... show more

Luv how quickly it heats up and I'm enjoying the mood lighting. It was nice and easy 2 assemble with only two people. Best thing I could have done for my self and health!

Seems well built with all pieces matching up perfectly. Great accessory such as lights, music (radio and BT), cup holder, magazine rack and towel hanger. I’m 260 lbs at 5’11. Enough room to sit. Cant stand up in it which is fine.

    • With Rising Costs of In Home Sauna, This Is A Great Value
Have had this for a couple weeks now and so far so good! I had a very tight budget but really needed some regular sauna therapy in the convenience of my own home. I took a chance on this one because of it's price. I'm 5' 6" and put it together by myself in about 20 minutes. Beware, it is NOT a two person sauna, not even if you and your lady are very thin. it's just right for one person but that's it. I was hoping to be able to stretch some while in there, but no go. However, the small size wound up being a big plus for me, because if it were any bigger, I wouldn't have been able to fit it in the ideal place - right next to my cold plunge in my garage. So it's small size is a con and a plus. Also because of its size, it heats up very fast. it seems like the pannels give off different levels of heat so I'm not sure if thats by design or not, but the overall temp in the sauna feels even. the top piece is very thin and lots of heat escapes, and the sides and back get VERY hot when it's on, so I'll probably look into adding some insulation to make it as efficient as possible. Overall, so far I'm very satisfied and appreciate the ability to get into a home sauna for less than $2k ... show more

Package arrived fine. Assembly went smooth. Plugged product in a nothing. Now I have to disassemble, and re package, and take to UPS. Disabled and completely discombobulated with this. Buyer Beware! Do not buy this product or any product from AMAZON
