Poor quality!!!!!! Don’t do it!!!!

I love walking on a treadmill with an incline I used to go to the gym five days a week and I’d set it to the 16 incline and I’d walk for 45 minutes. The incline on this is not the same as the incline at the gym treadmills first off. It’s not a true 18% incline second. Third it’s not sturdy the handles that you hold when you’re walking and where you place your phone all of that is extremely loose. in shakes and my phone fell a couple times as you walk or begin to do a light jog the bolt thing you use to fold it up also tend to loosen. third I used this for 45 minutes like I would do it at the gym it started getting hot like it was over heating I also noticed it’s not long enough if you have long legs, I kept wanting to slip off the back of it. In another note it Also felt like I was getting caught like it wanted to roll backwards the only reason I didn’t return it is because my boyfriend threw the box out while I was at work if it wasn’t for that, I would’ve sent it back.

This treadmill gives you a great workout it's easy to use and lightweight. The incline adds an extra challenge, and I love having two incline settings to choose from.

It is easy to put together. Very quiet only thing the picture in advertising kind of showing it comes with a screen. Does not happen it has a suction pad to hold your phone or something.

CRITICAL SAFETY AND FIRE HAZARD - DO NOT BUY

The very first time I plugged this LONTEK SF20 treadmill into my apartment outlet, the motor immediately suffered a severe electrical burnout and thick smoke poured out of the machine. It is a massive fire and safety hazard.To make matters worse, when I initiated a return, the third-party seller (TODOYONUS) refused to send a prepaid return shipping label and repeatedly demanded that I personally unscrew, open, and disassemble the housing of the dangerous, smoking motor to take photos before they would issue a refund. I had to escalate this to Amazon Corporate Safety Compliance to force my refund. Avoid this dangerous product and this seller at all costs.

Meets my requirements for smaller, lighter needs

After 25 years I wore out my heavy-duty treadmill. Whereas as the picture appeared to be the same size, it was much smaller and lighter, however, after setting it up and using it, I am glad to report that it fits perfectly for my needs. I no longer use the incline so having a manual incline is no problem. It is lower to the ground making it easier to get on and off. The smaller size is also an advantage taking up much less floor space. Finally, the hand grips are lower and make for more comfortable position.

QA did not do their job!!!

I cannot get the handle/screen mount screwed in. The bore hole is off center. I haven’t even been able to use it. I’ll have to open up the bore hole but a new bolt with washer and wing nut just to put it together. Very frustrating!!!! If it wasn’t so difficult I would return it. As a former QA inspector this should not of passed. Engineer wise not user friendly! Tried it! Not safe! The right side doesn’t stay tight and it moved while I was walking threw me off balance.
