I received my lights not even a year ago I had them professionally installed and they already don’t work any more I purchased them because the bulbs are LED and are supposed to last a few years now my electrician says the bulbs are no good I now have two beautiful lights at my front door that don’t work What do I do now I expected at least a few years out of them Signed A very unsatisfied customer 🥲 ... show more

I ordered 2 of these lights for a home that we were remodeling. I installed one right when I received it and it's gorgeous!!! Easy to install, I love it!!! However, I wasn't able to install the second light until 4 months later due to a delay in our remodel. Today when I installed the second light, one of the glass panels was broken - I believe someone had returned this light and they resold it to me without checking the product out! There was a big glob of dried glue in place of a clip that is supposed to hold the panel in place. Of course I'm past my 30 day return window! I would have given the lights 5 stars except for this issue! ... show more

I really love the style, but it took 3x to get a unit that did not have a defect. At least by the 3rd delivery, we knew what defects to look for before installing. Just be prepared to make sure you get a new unit. The second one delivered after the first defective unit was a refurbished one that also did not work and had open bags and not in manufacturers box. After much frustration, finally received one that worked. Watch out for the light socket. Try a bulb in it first before installation. The threads inside of the sockets are consistently crooked. Third one still crooked but not as severe as first two. I have a flickering bulb so it is not too noticeable. ... show more
