I have been using these all summer on the side of my camper. I am out a lot and I wanted some lights on the side. These are nice because I can set them to stay on very low till they sense motion then they become very bright and light up the area. The low light setting helps keep the bugs down. They have lasted many rain and wind storms while out camping. The solar charge lasts most the night. I notice close to 2 or 3am is when they seem to die out. I am usually asleep by then so it's fine. These are fantastic for the price! If you’re wondering if you should get them, just do it. Great price and they work as I expected. Brighter than I had pictured, too, which was my only concern when ordering. I made the mistake of mounting one in a really shady spot and I had to move it. It was very easy to do so. But definitely plan on putting it somewhere with adequate DIRECT sunlight. Just a small oversight on my part. It’s only been a few days, but eventually we will see how they hold up in the rain and snow. I will say they are all plastic and not “luxurious” or “fancy” by any means, but for the price and quick delivery they are splendid for my needs (I work nights and have dogs). I mounted 3 along my back fence and one in side yard. I will be ordering additional for the opposite side yard! Finally, there are three functions. You may be aware that this type of fixture is offered by other manufacturers, and I've tried those. They have worked reasonably well but by no means were they without their issues. These particular lights are smaller and good for different applications. I needed light near a gate and our garbage bins, but not too big as the neighbor's bedrooms are 10 feet away.
