Works great in my carport
Got this to illuminate my detached carport. The cord is plenty long enough that I can have the solar panel on the roof and the light hanging from the inside. Considering I had no way to run power there, this is a big plus when getting into our out of the car at night! I just have it stay on when it gets dark, and it runs long into the night every night. It's plenty bright in the usually-dark carport and is not very obtrusive looking.

Doesn't work at night (but on all day)
Bought it so my chickens can see to get in their coop. It is on all day while charging and turns off at night when they need it. I have 2 of these that do the same thing. It's like they are reverse wired. Makes no sense. One is inside the coop, and other is on my patio.

Function little solar light.
Easy to install and setup. Could be brighter if a clear cover was used instead of the white plastic, this just dims the brightness kind of counter productive. Works good in a 8x10 shed, automatically turns on at night wish it had a motion sensor option. Build quality is so so would be better if it was somewhat weighted being a pendulum style fixture. For this price point would rather have paid $5 more and received two.

Great unit!
Now the function of this is awesome, BUT the light has a sensor so it needs to be past dusk for it to turn on. Now that we have that out of the way, it runs like a dream. I gave this in my off grid bath house and use the 25% illumination setting for 8 hrs and it runs all night, just in case you have to 'go' at 3am. My unit gets about 5-6 hrs of sun.

They Don’t Work
I bought two of these and neither one works properly. They don’t put out much light to begin with, and then they randomly turn on even when you turn them back off repeatedly. Batteries are dead by the time it gets dark. Complete garbage.

In the dark
Doesn't last and not reliable for night light. Came on during the day, at night battery was not charged enough to come on when needed

Not consistent.
Doesn’t always stay on, even when fully charged. Manually off/on needed to be used as the remote didn’t consistently work.
