I think this is the best cookware I had so far! The tri-ply construction provides even heat distribution, which means no more hot spots or uneven cooking. The material is in great quality, very heavy and sturdy. I have been using it every day since I got it. It’s also dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup a breeze, though it’s so easy to clean by hand that I rarely need to put it in the dishwasher. The size is just right for cooking meals for two or preparing sides for a larger dinner. The handle stays cool during stovetop use, which is a big plus. Overall, this is a versatile and high-quality skillet at a reasonable price! Would recommend!

Consistent even temperature, very easy to clean, follow the directions provided to keep your food from sticking. Hansel’s stay cool. Really like the pans. Really well made, classic piece of kitchen equipment! I love this thing. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's great. I bought this to replace my Cuisinart 5 qt tri-ply saute pan whose bottom delaminated due to being thoroughly burned. When comparing the bottom thickness, the Cuisinart whose bottom looks like it was welded on has 1/4 inch thickness, whereas this one is about 1/8 inch thickness. So the Lolykitch is only half as thick, it's so thin it makes me wonder if tri-ply is meaningful for heat distribution. This is in line with reviews regarding how "light" the pans are, after all, there's less metal. The handles feel good for gripping, the Cuisinart has thin handles which make it uncomfortable to hold. For assembly, i noticed metal shards on the floor after screwing in the nuts suggesting the nuts and bolts were not properly deburred. If you have some rugrats running at home you may want to assemble this outside. Overall, I'd probably go back to the Cuisinart with the thicker bottom and awful handles but doesn't require assembly. For this pan, I probably wouldn't pay more than 65% of the Cuisinart price since Lolykitch skimped on material. This set of pans are useable, the smaller pans do not need to be thick. The 5-6 qt saute pans are generally pretty wide so the heat doesn't reach the edges very well, for that reason I prefer the bottom to be thicker at the additional cost of money and weight.

The media could not be loaded. Seriously great pans for the money. I have a few of the 10 inch, and now 2 of the 12 inch as well. Gave them as gifts and bought them for family, that's how much I like them. Non-stick with the right cooking medium (as is all stainless steel), the removable handle stays cool to the touch, and the pan is large enough to cook for a family of 4. Cleaning is pretty easy, we give it a light wash and toss it in the dishwasher. We have also used them to bake things in the oven and it doesn't disappoint there either. I have also used it on a grill, and it is still holding up quite well. I did have an issue with one of them not arriving with the nuts and wrench package, but since each one is supposed to come with 4 nuts (you only need 2), I had enough for both pans.

I have a stainless pan that was my go to but it was just too heavy to use regularly. This one is lighter and the size is pretty good too. Love that you can stick it in the oven as well. Just make sure to follow the seasoning instructions and its a great non-stick wok that is easy to use for everyday cooking

The pan is really nice. I was looking for any pan other than nonstick (because of health reasons) and found this one. This pan becomes non-stick when you follow steps on instruction manual. It's not too heavy like cast iron pans. Also it's easy to clean and maintain. Also it's deep enough. Assembly is easy too - you just have to tighten 2 nuts. Recommended product!!!

I am no chef so I have these pans three stars for that reason. There may be some technique to using stainless steel pans that I am not aware of so I’m giving this review some grace lol. But literally everything I put in this pan sticks almost immediately. I’ve even cooked over low heat and used a lot of oil but somehow it still sticks. I am not a fan of this that all. I would give this one star because of that but maybe I’m doing something wrong lol but for those of you who don’t cook these are very hard to work with. Non stick might be a better option. They’re nice looking pans though and the price isn’t bad. Easy to assemble.
