I've been struggling with a constant ache on my right wrist for months now. I believe it was from a lot of bare knuckle punching on the heavy bag--that, in combination with a lot of computer work as well. So after browsing Amazon for something that could help I found the Logest Flex bar. Initially I was looking at theraband but they only had the medium grade and Heavy was not available. For me, I already have a lengthy athletic background of martial arts and combat sports. I wanted to get the hardest available. So when I found the heavy option on Logest, and it being Red which is my favorite color, I couldn't be happier. Product shipped super fast, earlier than anticipated. And as soon as I opened it up, I started experimenting with it. It is pretty straight forward and intuitive to use. Literally within minutes I got this warm therapeutic sensation within my wrist and forearms. They definitely were getting fired up. And the next day, my wrist pain literally disappeared. I was kinda in shock that it was that easy. This product can be used for rehab, pre-hab, stress management, and strengthening of overall grip and forearm strength. I'm very happy with my purchase. Quick tip, some say it will get slippery, but that's because your hands probably are perspiring, and that's to be expected with any flex bar on the market. My suggestion get a good pair of workout out gloves with a nonslip grip, and you will be able to take your flex bar sessions to another level. Cheers and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Seem very well made and do the job great. I’ve got tennis elbow and these are supposed to help. They are very heavy and made of quality material. Progressive weight is a great idea.

After a wrist injury, my physical therapist got me using these in-clinic. When it was time for me to graduate from him, he recommended the same ones for my own use at home and I'm so glad I did. I have seen other brands and used them. This one is the best for its price range!

Long story short, I have debilitating tennis / mouse elbow. It's so bad that I eventually gave up the idea that I could ever recover since my pain was going on four months. Nothing helped me recover even wearing an arm sleeve with a tennis elbow brace at the time. These twist bars gave me new hope, and I've made incredible progress since receiving them. I still hurt and expect it will take me months to recover. When I started, I could barely twist the easiest one and would shake to hold it. I do believe in time these and some finger extenders will fix me. As a piece of advice, avoid doing super heavy curls whether palms up or hammer. I saw a video with John Meadows, Mountaindog1, and he was saying super heavy curls will eventually lead to elbow problems, and you're better off lowering the weight and add more sets. You can still rep out the same volume with lower weights, but it won't destroy your elbows in doing so.
