I don't always write reviews but I LOVE this smart lock. I was always looking for a smart lock but fingerprint recognition ones aren't always reliable. I work with my hands so my fingers are always dirty or my skin is dry and don't always scan properly (even on my phone sometimes it either takes several tries or i have to type in a password/pattern manually) We've had it installed for almost 3 weeks now and it's been flawless every single time. I already have 5 people with registered palm vein scans (each person has both palms registered so they can use either hand to unlock) and zero problems with any one of them. We've got about 5 more people to scan so everyone has access. I've also given everyone their own code just in case they need to get in before I'm able to add their palm scan in person. The notifications to my phone are instantaneous when someone locks or unlocks the door. I love that the notifications tell me who opened the door and what method they used to do so. I really like that you can change the amount of time before the door automatically locks or you can turn that auto lock off all together. I love that i can have alexa lock and unlock the door for me as well. I have only used a temporary one time use pass code so far. I needed a neighbor to put a package inside the front door for me and that worked flawlessly as well. I love that i don't need to remember to bring my house keys if I need to run out quickly and don't take my purse. No more breaking into my own house through a window (yes, it's happened several times before we got this beauty) Battery life is still at 100% after almost 3 weeks. Installation was pretty straightforward. I made a mistake when I overlooked the fact that you're not supposed to have a rounded latch hole, it needs to be rectangular. Luckily my sister was able to use a hammer and chisel to change into a rectangular shape to make it fit. But that was my fault for not checking properly. It looks fantastic and it unlocks so fast I get excited when someone uses it for the first time and they are surprised how quickly it recognizes their palm.

This is a FANTASTIC product, and I say well worth the money! I Love being able to ensure that I'm not locked out. A bigger plus is that I scan everyone's palm and do not rely on PIN usage, which can be shared. Seeing who is coming and going from my commercial building is incredibly valuable to me! And, also, being able to revoke access to specific areas at will is great too. I have but ONE ask - Can you PLEASE make a Palm Scan Garage Door Remote!!??? I have a Pin Pad and it is just NOT as secure as this!! Not by a long shot! Very happy, I will be buying more of these!

Absolutely fabulous smart door locks. Installed two of these door locks, one on front door and the other on the garage door. Took less than 15 minutes to install both of them. Immediately after the installation the Lockin app prompted for a firmware update. It took about two to three minutes to download and install. After that I had it paired with the Matter/Thread which was pretty fast. Now I can control it through the Apple HomeKit. Initially the supplied battery comes with partially charged which could be used for the lock’s initial setup. It takes 6-8 hours to charge fully and the indicator turns from red to green. The touchless palm scan works perfectly. Before settling on these two locks, I’ve tried at least three other brands. All of them had the Apple Home key wallet and the finger touch option to lock/unlock. This Lockin Veno Go lock seems to be superior and fast compared to the other locks performance wise. Since it’s a new installation, only time will tell how long the battery will last. The battery that comes with the lock is a 5000 MAh. If the manufacturer can come up with a 10000 MAh battery, then it might last for a year or so. The quality is pretty good and appealing to the eye. Overall very happy with the purchase. The company has done a great job of adding detailed faqs within the app that explain every aspect of the locks and the app as well.

I LOVE this lock. You can program multiple users and the palm recognition is QUICK. It only took about 10 minutes to install and the setup instructions are super easy. I love that it connects to wifi and can be controlled through the app as well. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to unlock the door by using our Alexa device, so I'm not sure if it can be done or not. I've only had it a few days but so far it is flawless and seems to be very well built. I HIGHLY recommend.

Pretty amazing! I’m using these to replace my Eufy thumbprint locks that have started to fail and also don’t seem to work well if your fingers are sweaty or dry and calloused during the winter. Regarding these new Lockin devices, the palm reading has me really impressed. The lock detects when you walk up to the door and you hold your palm up and it instantly unlocks. It’s kind of freaky in a good way. I added my right palm and tested with my left palm and it didn’t unlock so that’s good. Honestly, it works so well that I’m tempted to get my neighbors and friends to try and unlock it to make sure it’s secure. Well, assuming it’s secure, you should switch if you’re on thumbprint tech - no more repositioning your thumb/finger several times only to have the lock timeout and force you to enter your PIN. Note that it’s 2.4G only so make sure you connect your phone/mobile device to that network first before you try to add the lock to the Lockin app and then add to Apple Home.

Works as advisted with ease of installation, the palm registration was simple and easy to use. The palm recognition was quick and touchless. You don't leave any fingerpint and no guessing work. It's also much cheaper than competitor. The app is ok and have the main features of modern smart lock. This is less than $100 box and it just works. High recommended!
