I ordered two of the stools to check out and found them sturdy and easy to assemble. I also liked the fact of getting 2 in one shipping box. I liked them so much I ordered a total of 8 stools for my bar area and breakfast bar in the kitchen. On the next shipment there were two parts broken that did not effect the functionality of the stools, but more the aesthetics. I contacted their customer service and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating in sending two replacement parts. Great product and excellent customer service. Was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Durable sturdy strong can't think of any more ways to say I love these chairs. I bought a pair for my kitchen island they are better than advertised super easy to put together took minutes totally adjustable to fit the height of any bar situation. the curve of the seat fits the body for unreal comfort they look tough but, really they are comfey. Most uncomfortable chairs I ever sat in. It feels like your gonna slide off the front of them and they are very uncomfortable to sit in. For the cost im not impressed.

One of the chairs arrived broken; but not to the point that we aren't using it. Half of the piece that tightens the seat in place was broken off. Aesthetic only, don't need it. That stool is also hard to swivel. The other stool is perfect. Emailed the company and never received a response. The product description says "anti rust treatment". Our seats rusted. The lack of communication; rust; and the broken stool are the reason for the two stars. We have since treated them so they no longer rust as we use them on the deck. All in all we love the stools. We looked at many before we chose these and as stated above we have chosen to keep them. They look great on the deck; support all sizes of folks; comfortable; no tipping. If we had 2 perfect stools, the rating would be 5! ... show more
