I was honestly pleasantly surprised by this garment rack. It is exactly as pictured and the quality is very impressive. The materials feel solid and heavy duty — not flimsy at all. I wasn’t expecting it to be able to hold the clothing of two adults, but it handled everything with no issues. One of my favorite features is how adjustable it is. You can move the shelves and the hanging bars to fit your specific needs, which made organizing so much easier and more convenient. It’s very versatile depending on what you’re storing. The only thing I’ll mention is that installation can be a bit involved. I definitely recommend having someone who knows what they’re doing put it together to make sure it’s secure and assembled correctly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Great quality, heavy duty, and worth it!

This is great, I assembled it myself in about 2.5 hours, and it completely upgraded my closet room. Feels sturdy, assembled like an industrial wire rack would. But it’s solid!

Knowing this is a low cost closet solution, I think this is pretty good. I woukd have given it a higher rating if it weren’t for the vertical poles being bent at the tips making them difficult to screw together and to screw in the right angle pipes. The instructions could have been clearer. I suspect they were originally created for larger booklets but then shrunk in a cost cutting move, making them difficult to tell what pieces go up and where they go. But at least I was able to take it apart and start over without damaging anything.

We've compared many brands and installed hundreds of closet systems in our rental properties and this will be the only brand we ever use from now on. The white wire shelving turns slimy and cannot be cleaned. These shelves and poles are not coated with anything so they will last indefinitely. The instructions are simple. Just unpack and sort the parts and take it slow. If you make a mistake you can take it all apart. It's packed so well and everything is labeled. Once installed it is compatible with farmhouse, industrial, or elegant styles. We have all colors and configurations depending on the unit and we even installed them in our personal homes. The hardware might even be more interesting than the whole systems. They use hefty pipe with bright silver screw parts inside. If I had an extra one I would use it as a paper weight. Super well made. I especially like how you can customize the entire set up if you want long hang, short hang, shelves on the bottom or top, and even the support pieces can be used to hang items such as hand bags and scarves and ties. This is the most reliable product we have ever purchased. They have thought of almost everything. The most challenging thing is that the plates to be screwed into the wall are so small that there’s not enough room for your hand to turn the screwdriver without smashing into the support itself. It’s easy to strip out the screws with all those friction. Then you need a different tool to remove the screws and try again. Had they given enough room to screw the screws in if have these up in 20 minutes! Instead it’s like 2 hours. Just because of the screw holes being too close to the center.

I recently had a remodel done of a tiny bath and bedroom, where I expanded the bathroom into the bedroom and made a closet out of the remainder. I went through so many design choices, time, money and drywall dust and I wanted something that was going to suit my needs and not break the bank. The Timate products fit the bill. I decided to go with the F3 configuration in white. I'm so glad I did. The box arrived and it was TINY! Okay, maybe not tiny but way smaller than I expected and heavy. The instructions were adequate, but watch all the videos and read all the reviews on the Timate products -- it helps. In total it took me about 2 hours to install it. Yes, I installed it in front of a window...it is what it is. You will need a step stool, a drill, a power screwdriver, and a measuring tape for your installation. Don't rush it, and it will go smoothly. I did not use the wall anchors they supplied and used long drywall screws, and that worked for me. I was missing one piece that didn't hinder the installation, and an email to the seller corrected that pretty quickly. I appreciated the great communication and fast shipping of the replacement part. I don't have a picture of what it looks like now, but it is chuck full of clothes and I added baskets to the shelves on the left. I'm really happy with it. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.
