This LISEN MagSafe Car Mount is hands down one of the best phone mounts I’ve used! The magnetic hold is incredibly strong—my phone snaps into place instantly and stays secure, even on bumpy back roads and rough rides. I never have to worry about it slipping or falling off. I purchased it for my husband’s truck. I am using the mount that connects to the air conditioner vent. My iPhone 13 Pro Max is a bit larger and therefore heavier than most phones— and it has never once fallen off the magnet. Even while off roading. It is that strong! The 360° rotation is a huge plus. It makes it super easy to adjust my phone to the perfect angle for navigation, calls, or music without any hassle. Everything stays exactly where I position it, which isn’t always the case with other mounts I’ve tried. I also love that it comes with both a vent mount and a dashboard option. It gave me flexibility to choose what works best for my vehicle, and both setups feel sturdy and well-made. But I really like the vent mount the best. Installation was quick and simple—no frustration at all. The design is sleek and minimal, so it doesn’t look bulky or out of place in my husband’s truck. Overall, this mount is reliable, easy to use, and built with quality in mind. If you’re looking for a strong, versatile MagSafe car mount, this one is definitely worth it!

I only have one thing to criticize about this product and that is the adhesive. The design to allow the base to contour to whatever shape you need it to is great; concept works great! However, to a big disappointment, within a week off 70* weather, the stand tired over. The back piece stopped sticking. I followed all instructions, step by step. The adhesive was not obstructed by any dirt or dust. I decided to reposition the stand and within the first day noticed that it was beginning to un-attach from the back again. I had a little bit of double sided gorilla tape, very similar to what this product uses (I think the gorilla tape is stronger) and placed it over the center of the base. It seems to be holding well at this point. Despite this one discrepancy, i still like this product very much. The round magnet connects perfectly with my iPhone 14 pro max. You get a small resistance when you try and take your phone off the stand. This can be great if you're off Rössing or on any uneven ground during which time the drive can be "bumpy". Hope this review helps anyone. I do not regret purchasing it and recommend it for anyone. Follow Up: I have had this product closely over 2 months and I’m very grateful I found it. Yes, the original adhesive was lacking but I overcame that by using double sided gorilla glue tape. No, don’t worry, it doesn’t adhere like regular gorilla glue. I wanted to change the location I had it mounted and it came off like a charm. Peeling it off slowly and gently preserves the device. Find your location and place the gorilla glue tape on each of the surface plates of the Mount. Should you live in hotter places, you may have to replace the tape pieces during the summer but it is well worth it!!! Hope the follow up is helpful to someone.

In fact, I might just put one in all three of the other stockings hanging on the entertainment center/electric fireplace this holiday season. Well, I would if my dad ever heard his phone ring and my brother's car didn't have the phone synced to the dashboard screen... Anyway, it's great. I used the vent clip mounting for a few weeks, and honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it held in place really well! When I finally decided on where I wanted to place the adhesive feet and switch to that setup, it was super easy to do, took about one minute (and only because I'd just filed my nails and had issues getting the paper backing off the adhesives), and hasn't budged a bit, even in the tail end of this Texas summer. The magnet that comes with it is super strong, and I actually use it to keep the ring on the back of my phone so I can hold onto it better (small hands + clumsy = a lot of cracked iPhone screens in my past), and the ring has a really strong magnet as well, so it snaps to the mount and I don't worry about it moving or falling off at all. And when I say I don't worry, I've had mountings that I had to put my hand up to stabilize my phone before going over a mild speed bump, and still ended up having to find it on the floorboard when I got home, and a few times, even the old car mount itself fell to the floor. But with this one, I've driven some rough backcountry roads, using both the vent clip back and the adhesive base, and my phone never even shifted. If I take the ring holder off the back of my phone and the magnet snaps directly onto this car mount, holy crap. I have to make a Herculean effort to pull it off. Now I'm pocket-sized and not very strong, but for me to have to pull that hard to get my phone detached from my car mount, and the car mount to stay adhered to the dash, someone must have sold their soul to somebody powerful for this science. Write them a citation for breaking the laws of physics, and then click add to cart!

Dashboard installation was easy, though I’m dreading removing it--the adhesive seems rather permanent. It does not seem to be re-positionable and I did not test the vent adapter because I’m only interested in the dashboard mount. I use a low-profile slim fit case on my MagSafe iPhone 14, and the phone easily attached to the mount.... until I hit the first (small) speed bump in my neighborhood. My phone went flying across the car. I popped the phone out of its case and the hold was much stronger.... however, that means my phone is now out of its case. If you feel safe carrying your phone around naked or if you have a case with a MagSafe opening in the back, you'll be very happy with this item. If you're unwilling to take it in and out of any other case type, you'll only be able to use it on smooth streets at low speeds. If you trust yourself to install the dashboard mount right the first time and never move it, you'll be fine, but it will have to be transferred to the next owner of your vehicle. I got this on a sale and it's good value for the sale price. I’m sure I’ll update this with an angry rant if my phone is trashed after a couple months from being carried around without its case.

I love this thing. It’s super easy to install; I had slight difficulty due to the shape of my dashboard and desired location, but a half drop of superglue fixed it right up. It’s a good size and holds the phone very well, functions great. It’s pretty stable. I don’t think my phone has ever fallen off of it. I have a MagSafe case and that really helps get the most out of it. It’s a great value for the money and I would absolutely buy again, but it’s worked so well the last year that I don’t need to buy another one!

I don't often leave reviews, but I felt it was my duty to come here and tell you all, this is the one! If you're looking for a magsafe car mount, look no further. Two big components here that puts it above the rest. First off, the magnet strength. It is very strong, the strongest I've tested, and it is noticeable. My phone case supports magsafe so it has an extra boost of strength. However, I'm still confident a thinner phone case would still work quite well even without magsafe compatibility, but of course you can always add the provided sticker magnets (if you don't mind it looking weird haha). Secondly, probably the best feature, is that the clip that hooks around the back of your vent to keep it in place is METAL. I can't tell you how many other version of car mounts with this same mechanism, but in plastic, have broken on me. Then I have to fish it out for 5 minutes. The metal build allows me to tighten the hook with confidence into my vent. Full disclosure, I haven't tried the adhesive portion of this mount because the vent finally works well now. I bought this thinking that I would use the adhesives since I've been let down by so many vent mounts. What a nice surprise. Lastly, I love that it is very small. I'll be picking up another for our other car for sure.

The magnetic part works fabulously. Maybe I received a really bad item because both of the two packages of wipes contained one dry and another dry. The one that was supposed to be wet was exactly like the one that is supposed to be dry. I used my own wet wipe to clean my dash and then dried the dash. I placed the dash mount product onto the dash and it wouldn't stick. It's a very common dashboard. Nothing unusual. I had to mess with it by holding and pressing down for a long while to finally get it to stay on. The instructions said to allow 24 hours for the adhesive to work. I let it sit for over 30 hours. It immediately fell off my dash - even before attaching my phone to the magnet. The product came with another set of adhesive pads (because they know the adhesive stinks?), so I peeled off the first pads and put on the second set. Guess what happened. If you guessed that it fell right off, you'd be correct. Thankfully, the product came with a vent mount (not my favorite), which worked. I wanted my phone holder on my dash, not on my vent, but at least I have a phone mount. As I mentioned, the magnet is very powerful, so for that I am thankful. I'm not sure if this will happen with everyone, but it was my experience.
