There are no flat surfaces on the dashboard of my car so it took some tinkering to find the right spot. It fell off with my phone in it twice before I found that spot. I also got smart enough to let it sit for a day before I put my phone in it. It rattles when there is nothing in it, but the arm and suction cup are doing well now and seem sturdy enough. The mechanism that clamps and unclamps on the phone is very spotty. If I forget to open it before I turn the car off I have to turn it back on to open the clamps. Sometimes they open and close properly, more often than not though, it’s a wrestling match. It is absolutely NOT fast charging. The charger has worked every time but after having my four day old iPhone 16 on it for an hour while driving it had charged 7%. That’s ridiculous. The cord is more than long enough for my Kia Soul, and I can’t imagine it being a problem for too many vehicles. I travel locally every day for my job so I wanted something like this, and I’ll keep this one for now, but I don’t know that I would want this for a very long time.
