Amazing company! My 6 stage RODI unit works perfectly and exactly as described! I’m very experienced in the aquarium hobby and RODI units, but not with permeate pumps hahaha needed lots of information so I called tech support...within a few minutes, not only did I have a very knowledgeable tech (Tim) on the phone but also had him there via text or call whenever I needed help.     • Good filter unit
Easy to install and to run. Using well water with fluctuations b/w 40 and 50 PSI, the filter using the permeate pump does produce the 10 gallons of water I use at a time. It does go slowly at times. I tried to contact customer service via the phone, but got no answers. I did get a reply via Amazon. The advertized product mentions an electric pump. I did not get it with the product. I mentioned it to the company and I got an electric pump with connections shipped to me. Thank you. This should boost the water pressure and make running the filter speedier and better. Overall, aside from going through the process to get an electric pump, the filter system works well and as mentioned above, was easy to connect and get it running to produce water. All connections are secure w/o problems. I would buy it again, but verify that the electric pump is shipped with it. ... show more

I’m using this product for water top offs and changes on a 180 gallon reef tank. It’s a nice filter, well made, fairly easy to install. The directions didn’t mention the permeate pump at all, so I had to research online. BRINE OUT goes to your wastewater, PERMEATE OUT goes to the IN side of stage 5, and clean water comes out of stage 6 to go into your water storage. I tried calling customer service but my phone voicemail was never returned. I’m on a well which has 30 PSI, and it’s made about 25-30 gallons in 12 hours. So if you have that low pressure, it’s a good idea to get a booster pump to go with it. Make sure you tighten all the filters including stage 4. I had a bit of leaking at first, but went around and made sure they were all right and it’s been perfectly dry since. It’s well made, nothing feels cheap on it. ... show more

    • Lot's Wrong Here
My expectations for this were higher. First, there is no way I'm getting 100 GPD out of this system. MAYBE 24 if I let it run non-stop for 24 hours. Big "maybe". I knew it would be slow, but I thought I'd get about 3-4 gallons per hour based on the manufacturer's claims. Then the instructions are, well, virtually non-existent. You get a few pages that don't tell you much. And it's not a "Flash" system - it's a "Flush" system. Makes me wonder if they know what they're doing. I'm still trying to find a good YouTube video to make sure it's installed properly. It wasn't boxed properly. It looked like it was reburbished...The only thing that is good is I'm getting 000 total dissolved solids, which is what I require for my reef aquarium. I'm really annoyed. I thought I was spending a little more to get more. Some parts of the system were pre-assembled. We're wondering if they did that wrong... ... show more

    • Easy to setup, works wonderfully, good quality
It has everything you need to setup a water filtration system using RO-DI. It wasn't crystal clear how to connect everything, but I had previous experience with other systems so it was pretty easy. Someone not familiar may struggle without instructions. Having some right angle hose fittings would be nice. ... show more

Overall this system has worked adequately for me, but: 150GPD production seems slightly optimistic even with fresh filters and 65PSI inlet pressure. I had an initial issue with my first system being damaged, but thankfully the seller was good about replacing it. And now... I went to change my filters after 1.25 years of ownership and found the pressure gauge that came with the system has ruined my RO membrane well before it should have needed to be replaced (see photos). Unfortunately, I am just outside of the warranty. Easy fix is to just bypass it or replace it with one that won't rust to pieces on you. I am now having to replace the RO filter since this explains my TDS creep and not leaching carbon filters. ... show more

    • Good product when it works, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
For the first two months I had the product, it worked pretty good/ Unfortunately I started having issues with the system in the third month. When I called the customer support number on their website, I received a voicemail for their sales department. I left a message and never received a response. Over the period of a month I have left two additional messages and have still not received a response. I would not recommend this product solely based on the fact that you can not get help if you have an issue. ... show more
