Bought it 2 years ago and still going strong
Color: Green
I bought this timer in 2024 and it still works amazing. The magnet is incredibly strong. I love the difference in volume for both the beeping and vibrating. The highest beeping setting is very loud (and kinda annoying) but the sound will cut through a room of noise and effectively grab your attention. The vibrant color has made it an incredibly effective visual aid for myself as an adult with ADHD. This would be a great addition to any classroom or settings with young kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The only weird thing is that to stop the alarm, I have to twist it to the right and immediately twist it back to the 0. It is such a minor detail and hasn't negatively impacted its functionality as a visual timer.

Great buy if this is what you’re looking for.
Color: Rainbow
Loud (if you want). Large (easy to see on our mantle). Colorful. “Fun.” Great visual aid for taking turns, setting time limits, etc. for little ones who don’t really understand the concept of “10 more minutes.” Much better than a nebulous time limit (when this episode is over!) and eliminates the anxiety around anticipating the end of something, as they are able to track the remaining time themselves and in an a developmentally appropriate manner. I have recommended this clock to friends.

Three Modes, Zero Disruptions
Color: Dark Blue
This is the timer you want for your classroom or home. It has magnets so you can place it on the fridge or any metal surface, and it also includes a small stand for tabletop use. It offers three alarm modes—silent vibration, sound, and a flashing red light. It’s perfect for maintaining focus and helping children stay aware of time without startling them with loud alarms. I’ve tried other visual timers, but this is the only one I fully recommend.

Great visual timer for students
Color: Green
As a Physical Education teacher, I can’t emphasize enough how invaluable a visual timer is for managing class time effectively. This timer is the perfect size and comes in a vibrant color that catches the students' attention. It accurately tracks the time, which helps me keep my classes running smoothly. One of its standout features is the option to choose between an alarm sound or a silent mode. This flexibility is fantastic – if I get caught up in an activity, I don’t have to worry about losing track of time. Plus, having the option to go silent is great when I want to maintain a focused atmosphere during practice. I highly recommend investing in a visual timer. It’s a great deal for such a practical product that enhances the learning experience.

Good but not great
Color: Rainbow
UPDATE: customer service reached out to me to fix the concerns from my review about my most recent timer purchase so I updated to 4 stars due to that! We have purchased two of these timers (July 2025 then Nov 2025). We love the timer because it is so big and my kids need the visual and it is great with all the notification options. I only rated it 3 stars because both of them have now broken (that’s the reason we bought the second one). You have to be very careful when turning the dial because when my husband went to set the timer one time he accidentally over turned it and it got off track and we couldn’t put it back and now it doesn’t spin anymore. We do really like how big and colorful it is but wish it was more durable!

I HIGHLY recommend for all classrooms and homes with kids
Color: Green
These are a classroom game changer!! We were having a hard time keeping summer art camp on track so I purchased these for each room. My staff loved them!!! These were also a hit for the kids. They didn't have to keep asking how much time. The visual color really helps.

Cute and functional timer!
Color: Rainbow
Very helpful timer. You can set the beeping sound on or off and rely only on the visual if you want to, depending on what you want to achieve or what you or your child wants to pay attention to. The magnet is powerful, and it adheres perfectly to the fridge door and similar materials, and it's big enough to see it from a distance or ask your child to go and check how many more minutes are left. The rainbow is a plus for rainbow lovers.

THE BEST!
Color: Rainbow
This is the best thing ever! It has transformed our mornings, making things much smoother, and we are always headed to the car on time now. My 4 and 3 year olds can see exactly how much time they have to finish their breakfast (and even I benefit from the visual of running out of time). When the timer goes off, it is law, much more than if Mom just says it's time to go. The magnets on the back are very strong, so once we put the clock on the top of the fridge, it hasn't budged. It's large enough to see from across the room, and the kids have no issue seeing it and understanding what it means. It's also nice and thick, which I like, it makes it seem solid. The timing seems precise to me, it always ends at the time I had set it for. I love that there is no ticking at all, but it moves gradually, so once it gets down to a minute, you can see it gradually creep away until it's gone and starts to beep. I love everything about this timer. Would definitely recommend!
