We bought this in December and it arrived a few days before my wife and I got terribly sick, thankfully we had it together prior. It was a God send while we were Ill. The heat and steam definitely helped to keep our lungs and sinuses clear. I've used it several times since then and have no complaints other then I wish it was a bit larger inside. Haven't tried it with essential oils yet, but plan to soon. I use filtered water from the tap and haven't had any scaling, though I clean it out after each use. Good value for the money. This makes it possible to have a sauna without the expense of buying a professional model and gives the same results.

This sauna came with everything and works fine. An absorbent moisture mat is also included.The sauna heats terrific , height and width are perfect for a full experience .Assembly and the integrity of all parts are excellant quality. The three windows are a plus, all zippers strong, remote and steamer work easy.Simply a Great Sauna kit and deal. Great seller and product !

This sauna works great! I have used it about 3 times since I received it. I chose this unit because of the metal pole construction. It was very easy to put together, the unit does put out a lot of steam and is very easy to use. If you can't afford a 3k plus steam sauna this is definetely the way to go.

I loved it! I've only had it a week! And it fell apart. It has not been dropped and I only used it 5 times. How did the lid just start to disintegrate! Look at the pics! Wow! This lid was cheaply made. But the tent is nice. I hope this is just one bad incident! We will see after I get my replacement.

Wish it got a little hotter but works great. It’s just a little bit wider than a doorframe so make sure you build in in the room you want. With that said it’s super easy to assemble…. And disassemble.
