I like the compact size of the treadmill. It's very light weight and easy to handle. It's folding feature makes it easy to move around. It has Variable speeds feature and preset program to do exercise. It has inbuilt speakers to connect your phone. So, you can enjoy music while you excersize. The media could not be loaded. Nice, simple, and compact little treadmill. Does what it needs to do at an economical price. Not too heavy either for easier movability. For those complaining about having to turn the unit on and off at the base, know that you can shut it down by simply pressing and holding the stop button on the console. Can hold up to 240 pounds. The default mode is manual. Just press start and adjust your speed as you go. Press stop when done. I’ve tried the pre-programmed modes, which run for 10 minutes each with alternating speeds as indicated by the chart in the user manual, and was very pleased with its performance. The instructions were written by a non-English speaker so they can be confusing, but the simple design and few diagrams provided made assembly intuitive. I took one star off because my unit was missing a bolt that secures the console to the frame. Luckily we had a suitable substitute laying around the garage & were able to fix it. Comes with what I believe are two knee braces for those who may need them, as well as lubricant for the belt, as needed. Overall, happy with purchase so far. ... show more

Treadmill arrived earlier then expected. Easy set-up / just two legs to attach to the unit (printed instructions were a little confusing but fairly easy to figure out). Incline is easy to adjust manually if you want to. The treadmill does fold up with a pin to secure it in place if you need to move or store it. I have it plugged into a "remote outlet switch" (sold on Amazon) so I can just use the remote to turn the unit on and off without having to reach down to the bottom-front of the treadmill to turn it on and off. I also added "weed eater trimmer handles" (Amazon/eBay) to raise the height of the handrails (I'm 6'2") to a more comfortable position. The treadmill runs very quiet and the belt seems more cushiony than others I've tried. The unit is a perfect fit for small spaces and a great value in a treadmill. ... show more

    • Very Easy to assemble..
It was shipped FedX, the box had big holes in it, but the Treadmill was perfect. 5 bolts to put it together, 4 of which stayed put, only one is removed when it is ready to be moved. Easy! Has a manual that is easy to read and follow.

My husband wanted something we could use when the weather was meh for running/walking, while also being price conscious. This is a pretty solid machine for what you pay. It was loud at first, but as I suspected, you just need to break the belt in and then the noise subsides a bit. My husband really likes it and the only thing we would suggest is if you’re placing it on a hard floor, ours slides a bit so it may be beneficial to have a rubber mat or something of the like to sit it on so it doesn’t slide while you’re using it. Obviously this isn’t one you’re going to want to pound the pavement on and it’s not gym-grade quality, but it does the job!! ... show more

The treadmill wasnt what I expected, it is less sturdy than I thought it would be. Deff not something I would buy again or recommend, just because it's harder to run on it's more of a walking treadmill, which is okay except the band is decent but stops when you step on it too hard and is too close to the edge. It makes a lot of noises especially when your running…i don't know if mine is just broken. But you have to pay for shipping to return the item if it's damage and it doesn't allow you to get you money back. Not the best. ... show more

Here's where you get what you pay for.This is a nice.compact unit that will fit in small spaces and will get the job done.But it's not as heavy as some of the other units,so it moves a bit while you're using it.Also a bit squeeky until I sprayed some lube on it.The speakers aren't as loud as I thought they would be,hardly worth plugging in my phone because I think it would be louder.But on the plus side it was relatively cheap compared to the other models. ... show more
