I rate this company a 10 star and here why after receiving my new battery wheel chair that was going to be for my 90 year old dementia mom after removing the new chair from the package witch was wrap in super thick foam suit case type box i was impressed with their level of packing i did read all instructions and video took chair for first test drive and become very disappointed the left wheel motor made a loud humming gear grinding noise check out left finder seemed to be steady and straight just like right motor and finder so I felt for sure i had a bad left motor left was super quiet contacted seller ask for a left replacement motor he ask for a video of motor in action hours later same day seller contacted me back he did agree motor issues said he would credit me back 300 dollars for my trouble and send me a new replacement asap so we begin to package the problem chair back in suit case and spotted two small bolts that held the finder on long story short the bolts were rubbing the left tire sure did trick is all sound just like a bad motor issues explain to seller the new findings selling is sending me a extra battery for my trouble this is a honest company with heart now I feel i should have trouble shooted deeper and pulled the fenderto left more off center of wheel .the seller also wished my mom well in life thank you for the well built chair the extra battery and recognize my mom. am sure your company will be blessed and successful. Did not receive the charge cable, but they quickly responded to email and sent charge cable immediately. Had difficulty turning the chair on carpet...again, contacted Customer Service and learned increasing speed would fix issue (unfortunately not part of original directions) regardless, Customer Service is outstanding! It moves well on pavement, sidewalks and flooring (carpet and tile) in medical office building.. It folds down and transports easily and stored without issue in the back of our 2023 Nissan Rogue.. Although, it does require two (2) of us to lift/hoist it. Overall, I am very pleased with its operation, and ease of use.

This is my sister in laws amazon account. She was living with us at the time of this purchase. The chair came damaged. Delivered by Fed ex. I messaged this seller and they wasted no time at all to make this right for us. They went above and beyond what they should have and could have done. It is sad because she passed away the day the chair came and never got a chance to use it. This is a very nice smooth running chair and has a blue tooth remote that will bring the chair to you. It is also very easy to fold up to save space. There was no assembly to screw around with either. Just make sure to move the red levers in the back to the lock position to engage the motors. The other position is for pushing it. This thing also talks to you which you can disable if you want.

First off, I read a lot of reviews for a lot of wheelchairs. For the $, this product was the best! I bought this wheelchair for my brother in rural Montana. He is a double amputee. He hasn't been driving. This chair has given him life! The state gave him a huge, heavy wheelchair that he couldn't take anywhere because it was so heavy and it barely fit in his house. He loves the joy stick on this one. The battery life and range has been fantastic. It is easy to fold up and put in someone's vehicle/trunk. It has a great footrest and arm rests. He also loves the bar on the back so people can help him if necessary. He lost a few screws along the way and they immediately offered to send them off to him. He lost a wheel and they offered to replace the entire wheelchair instead of sending a new wheel. Amazing customer care. Amazing customer service. Hard to find anymore...Thank you for caring for the disabled population. Life is hard enough!

If it isn’t one thing, it’s another. The chair is unreliable. Imagine knowing you charged the battery correctly, and after having to rely on someone to help install it because of its awkward placement and the heaviness of the chair itself, you try to be independent and go somewhere only to have the chair stop working!! It’s not like you can push the wheeels by hand as an alternative! Because you can’t! So you flag down an total stranger to help you get to where you need to be safe again. A stranger! And to top off all those problems, the seat material is cheap and falls apart. I do not recommend this chair! Handicapped people who need independence need reliability as well.

I do not usually write reviews but this product deserves one. I looked at alot of electric wheelchairs before settling on this particular one. I had a delivery problem that customer service went above and beyond to make things right. When the chair arrived I removed it from the box and set it up in less than 5 minutes I am amazed at the quality of the Wheelchair versus the price I paid. My wife has been given her life back thanks to this WC. Now for the main reason we picked this chair the remote control yes it takes some practice but it works great. Most wheelchairs don't come with a remote control and the ones that do are over twice the price. If you're in need of a great product at a great price buy this WC. I want to say thank you to customer service once again y'all are top notch!
