  • Needs more stars!!
Size: 2 Li-Ion Batteries
Need more stars!! This little scooter is a game changer! Compact, extremely lightweight and very portable! Folds up into a tiny package that fits into the very limited trunk space of my fiat500c!! Scooters made by this company all run on the same quick recharging batteries! The battery lasts an entire day.. but they give you two just incase. The seat has a storage spot for the extra battery so you never have to worry about running out of juice! It’s fast, has a great turn radius and has the space and ground clearance to place both your feet firmly on the ground. Honestly couldn’t be happier! After spending $1000”s on different scooters this one is a winner! ... show more

  • Best scooter out there!
Size: 2 Li-Ion Batteries
Love, love, love this!! I get compliments on this scooter everywhere I go. It’s fast, efficient, affordable, and perfect for shopping the malls or attending events that require a lot of walking. It’s just what I needed, helps with mobility. Easy to pack and light enough to carry. I’ve had it for over a year now and I have not had one issue with it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a good scooter! ... show more

  • Helps with quality of life for chronic Illness
Size: 2 Li-Ion Batteries
It’s good for a cheap foldable scooter. Its not medical grade (which is more expensive) and is not as sturdy. But for my uses, its working out great. I can put in in the trunk myself and set it up myself because its not heavy. It folds up and fits in a regular sized trunk. I have long haul covid (basically chronic fatigue). I can manage at home but wanted something to enjoy longer outings with , such as the mall with my family. Instead of sitting at the first seat at the mall when everyone else shops, I can now shop for a while when using this scooter . Ditto on other events. I have to swallow my pride to use this because I was much more active before getting long haul covid, but its better than not going. So this is helping with quality of life because I can do more things. One of the batteries completely died before the warranty was up. The company sent me a new one. They had a few suggestions. 1. Do not over charge the battery. Set a timer for 4 hours max (I'm pretty sure I did this, but I'll be aware). 2. Do not let the battery die . So with just occasional use, they suggested charging it up once every month or two when not in use. ... show more

  • One Great Scooter!
Size: 2 Li-Ion Batteries
This is a great lite weight scooter that fits nicely into the back of a midsize SUV nicely without even having to fold it up and still have plenty of room for groceries. I actually would rate it 4.5 stars if it permitted me to do so. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because the storage compartment for the second battery located underneath the seat does not include a strap to hold the.battery secure. Thus, if you drive the scooter without the extra battery secured, there is a good chance it will fall out; especially when you have to make turns. This is an easy fix. I just bought some Velcro and strapped it in. The scooter overall is well built and makes life much easier when one has limited mobility. It is also so lightweight that my wife and I can easily lift it into the back of her midsize SUV. ... show more

  • Bad Customer Service
Size: 2 Li-Ion Batteries
Update: I contacted the seller because my sibling lost a part to my mom's scooter. I simply asked for the dimensions of the part so I can find it in the local hardware store or if they wouldn't mind sending me the part. The part that is missing s very small and has insignificant cost, but I just didn't know the size. It's a pin dowel but it's used to lock the seat of the scooter in place so it's an important part. The seller responded to the extent of "It's been more than 30 days so we can't give a refund" . Well let s see I never asked for a refund. That is horrible service. Not even bothering to read the question says a lot. The scooter works but I would not buy from them again, I would rather pay more money than not be able to get a simple question answered. I was able to find the part in my local hardware store for about $5. I just bought a couple of sizes . I'll test this weekend when I visit my mom to see if they work. So basically they lost a customer and supporter because someone was lazy to read a question about a $5 part. I will be covering the logo on the shopping basket attached to the scooter. I will not help a company with poor customer service advertise. Original: After my brother passed, my mom got sad and just laid around the bed a lot and eventually her legs got very weak, and now she can barely walk. My mom purchased a cheap wheelchair, one of the manual ones that need to be pushed by another person, but she hated when we would push her and it was almost always turn into a small fight. When we traveled to Hawaii, it was such an inconvenience pushing a wheelchair. I purchased this mobility scooter for my mom about 6 months ago and my mom loves this thing. She likes feeling a little more independent and if you dare try to maneuver it for her, she gets angry lol. Although this isnt intended for use as a mobile wheelchair, I think its better, at least for our needs. I added a seatbelt to it, but my mom refuses to wear it. I needed something light and compact. This is exactly that. It does look like a mini bicycle with a wide seat, but sometimes simple solutions are the best. I have no problem getting this in my small car. I don't even fully take it apart, I just remove the seat and it still fits into my hatchback style trunk. ... show more
