  • Comfortable, sturdy, and very practical
Size: 20" Seat Width
I bought this wheelchair for my grandmother and it has been an excellent choice. From the first use, you can tell it’s very good quality: the frame is sturdy and the materials feel durable. The seat and backrest are comfortable, even for sitting for long periods. But what we liked the most is the footrest area: the footrests can be raised and lowered very easily, which is ideal for an elderly person since it doesn’t require much effort or constant assistance. Plus, they are padded, which adds even more comfort. The wheels move smoothly and it’s easy to maneuver both indoors and on smooth outdoor surfaces. It’s also practical because it can be folded and stored without taking up much space. Overall, it’s a very functional, safe, and comfortable wheelchair. I definitely recommend it. ... show more

  • Good wheelchair!
Size: 18" Seat Width
This is a strong and sturdy wheelchair which moves with ease. I am able to wheel myself around the house easily. Sometimes when my husband pushes me it will squeak a corners, however it is stable.

  • Lightweight and sturdy
Size: 18" Seat Width
Got this for my larger M.I.L with Parkinsons, she fits in it great. We are able to mover her around easily and it’s light enough for her elderly husband can pack it up and lift it into their car. Overall really happy with the purchase.

  • Pictures can be deceiving
Size: 20" Seat Width
Great chair, the only complaint I have is in the description it appears to indicate that the chair is 25.5" wide. I live in an older mobile home and the door opening are 26" wide. The wheel base plus the handgrips are 28" on this chair. Shame on me for not figuring that if the seat is 2" wider, than the chair must grow proportionally. ... show more

  • Great for a first time user, recommended
Size: 18" Seat Width
A little assembly was needed as it was unboxed before my eyes. No extra tools were needed. A user's guide & a page of available accessories also came in the box. Having used it for a week now, I can say it's quite user friendly. This is from one who's never used a wheelchair before. I'm 140 lbs, 5'3" and this chair fits perfectly well. It can go thru most doors at our home except the bathroom door. It is stable, rolls around easily on carpet and tile. The brakes are easy to engage & disengage. Some say a metal footrest is needed but I never felt that. I had one footrest taken out to have my good leg propel myself around when my arms were tired. The flip up armrests are helpful when I do my ADL's. The armrest configuration allows me to use the breakfast table as my "office" table. This wheelchair gave me a bit more independence & I'm greatful for that. I ordered a seat cushion to go with it but it's still less comfortable when I have to sit on it for more than 3 hours. For $200, I think it's a good buy. I didn't get any discounts when I bought this chair. I just read the reviews and depended on them. Recommended for those who need a wheelchair for weeks. ... show more

  • Perfect size wheelchair for a small person
Size: 16" Seat Width
I first received the wrong size wheelchair without the elevated leg rests. Amazon quickly resolved the issue by sending the correct wheelchair and we returned the other one. This wheelchair fits me perfectly, is easy to maneuver, and is easy to adjust. The elevated leg rest can be easily adjusted and swung out of the way or removed. The armrests can also be lifted back so I can do my chair exercises. It is lightweight and the wheels can be removed so it is pretty easy for my husband to load and unload the vehicle. Overall, I am very pleased with this wheelchair. ... show more

  • Reasonably Priced, Quality Item
Size: 18" Seat Width
I actually purchased this wheelchair because it was in stock and very similar to the one we had to borrow after my Dad had his stroke. But once my Dad used this wheelchair, he absolutely loves it! The seat dimensions are the same as the borrowed chair but the over all width of this chair is a little bit narrower, which is wonderful because it is easier for him to get through the narrow doorways in his house. With the "snub" front, this chair actually allows him to get closer to chairs, the commode, etc., thus making it easier for him to transfer from the wheelchair over and he is able to more easily maneuver the narrow hallway and spaces in the rooms of his house. This was a wonderfully pleasant find. For a person who is mobile or going through Physical Therapy to become more mobile, I would definitely recommend this wheelchair. Nicely priced, easy to fold up, not super heavy, and, based on the suggested weight limit, will definitely support someone within that weight range. ... show more

  • This COULD HAVE BEEN a 5-Star......But NOT !
Size: 18" Seat Width
This wheelchair checks a lot of boxes - good welding on the structure, reasonably lightweight, clever attachment mechanism for the main wheels, easily collapsible for transport, comfortable seating, good adjustability on the leg supports..........BUT it comes with ONE FATAL FLAW: these utterly STUPID smooth, hard-plastic main wheels, that make it virtually impossible for the rider to move about on a carpeted surface, or even a smooth hard surface - like tile. The main wheels just slip - no traction at all, despite the weight of the user. Tried it with a 130 pound person, then with a 230 pound person. Same results.. (The dimwit that dreamed up those smooth wheels should be confined to one of these chairs for a week or so, in order to realize the absurdity of the "design".) That "feature" makes this chair utterly useless. Anyhow, I was about to return it, but after searching through other options, discovered that most of the other offerings also have the same STUPID SMOOTH WHEELS. Then I discovered a set of replacement wheels WITH TREAD, ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9GSGH2S?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1 ) so before returning the chair, I decided to try those. They fit, but are just a bit larger diameter than the originals, which jammed into the brakes on both sides. That required removal and modification of both brake mechanisms to allow them to release from the wheels. After replacing the main wheels with treaded versions plus the required mods to make them work, the chair is now useful. But it is very annoying to have to spend an additional $100 for useful wheels, and an hour of additional work to make the treaded wheels work right. ... show more
