We got the style that's black with the orange basketball on the backboard. It does take a while to put it together, but I took off no stars for that. Overall, this is a very nice hoop. The hoop doesn't bend down, so don't try to dunk. But it seems very sturdy otherwise. My boys (8 & 10) love it. They play every day, and they've had it for about a month. It's obviously not your huge regulation size backboard, and there are much more elaborate models available. But for the price, this is an amazing purchase. Also, I got it new on sale for a birthday present, but you can definitely save some money with a used one. Also, we lost a wheel somehow, and the company shipped us a new one for no charge, right away. I'm very impressed. Another cool feature is that there is a round indentation on the base, so you can put the ball there when you're not using it. It has quite a range for adjustable height (from regulation to where my 10 year old can touch the rim when he jumps. Update: We've had it for over 3 months now. The boys love it. The only thing I want to mention is that if you don't fill up the base pretty full, it will get knocked over in a storm. That happened to us when we had it ½ full. It has not been a problem since we filled it up. Also, there is no evidence that it fell at all. It didn't get a scratch on it, so it's a very durable product. ... show more

I tend to read reviews before I purchase (like whomever is reading this one)...my son is 6 and the little tikes b ball hoop isn't cutting it anymore. So, I started looking at adjustable height hoops, this one adjusts from 7 feet to 10 feet by 6 inch increments. This one had lots of reviews and the negative ones seemed to focus around "putting it together" (ease of or difficulty of). I'm pretty handy and mechanical and can usually look at the photo OR watch a video and BAM...I can get it done. I would think that anyone REASONABLY intelligent could complete the setup of this product. This one I had to follow the paper directions...but, outside of them having one piece reversed in the directions...they were spot on. The piece that was reversed, I simply studied the picture on the box and figured it out. It took me around 30-45min (I think) to complete setup. Once it's up and the base filled with water...it's easy to move on it's wheels. That being said, I don't think my 80yr old mom could do it, but a 50yr old guy like me...easy to move. Its sturdy, built well and been out in the weather and after a few months is holding up just great. Definitely WOULD RECOMMEND this Basketball Goal for purchase! Hope I helped! ... show more

- Good budget hoop - kids had plenty of fun playing - at lowest setting with sand in the base - this thing is rock solid - highly recommend using sand and not water for base - owned for 2.5 years so far and no cracking of base or leakage of sand at all - hoop and net are very durable - left net installed since Dec 2014 and it hasn't frayed at all - for $75 its a good deal - please don't expect breakaway hoops or glass board in this price range - very easy to put together but would suggest a 2nd person and having ratchet wrenches - getting sand to fill it up can be a bit of a chore but worth it - you need to funnel the sand in, then tip it away from the hole to redistribute the sand, then rinse repeat ... show more

Best price , big , easy to set up , simple , old school style just like when I was growing up in the 90s , fast delivery, and box is very big when you receive it make you feel baller ish lol My son loves it and has improved his skills highly recommend for the price was very sceptical at first but great decision those other ones have the new easy adjust but I said nahhh my son gotta learn how to tilt it down use some mussels and adjust and lift it back up like a man like the good old days and gotta say watching him do that is funny but make you proud to be a parent. ... show more

Reasonably easy to assemble - and my son is playing with it every day!! Important note - don't combine the two big metal tubes together unless you have confirmed they are configured correctly -> I missed this since the package showed up on my front door completely torn apart, and the tubes were disconnected when they arrived, and it's easy to mix the ends up (they should be labelled with stickers). Anyway separating them afterwards proved to be a bit challenging, but throwing it down on the lawn a few times managed to dislodge them through vibrations (certainly smarter than the other ideas I've seen on YouTube, with two trucks driving in opposite directions with the tube in the middle :D Other than my error assembling it, I have no regrets with this product! ... show more

I read some reviews saying a lot of people spent 4 hours to assemble this so I was a little scared of the project. However, it took me about 2 hours and most reviews say, I would ask my wife to help me for about 20 mins when I had to put the wheels and the board. My son loves this very steady basketball hoop and keeps playing by himself and with me. I am glad we chose this product over cheaper Chinese brands. I highly recommend this product to anyone who's looking for an affordable but steady basketball hoop for a drive way or yeard! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very nice product. With the price i paid its a good product. Goods: # simple design, looks nice, assembly instructions are very clear though it will take time. # remember this isnt the board and net u see in basket courts, this is simple for kids playing in the front or backyard Bad Nothing much but # the board is made of plastic material so when u shoot it wont rebound as expected. So any shot u throw at the center box of the board it drops down into the net # the assemble is a bit challenging when u start adding the board and net ring, either ask someone to help or us a chair support to put it on the top of it and then do it yourself. ... show more
