  • Unresponsive Help & Disfigured Parts
I purchased this playset since our area parks are closing down due to COVID. I have 2 children between 3 and 9, so this was a great fit...until I tried to connect the main support pole to the extension and swing pole. The screw/bolt holes on the main support pole do not match up with the extension pole (1.5 ft?) that goes on top of it, so I can't attach the tower to the swing portion. I reached out to the company at the beginning of the week and since I work during the day, I can't reach their support people by phone either. I've had this playset for almost a month now and I literally can't put it together since the parts don't match up. Yes, I've tried different things, but the holes that are supposed to match up don't. ... show more

  • Liability
My playset lasted two years before breaking from the rust.

  • The pain set
Within an hour my nine year old had hurt himself four times. First time he climbed up the ladder he smacked his he’d into the “safety” bar. Later he ducked underneath only to rise to quickly to hit his back on the same bar. It literally knocked the snot out of him. Later and more troubling he missed the top rung and fell straight through the “ladder” to the ground. His face looked like this 😯 as he went down and like this 😢 after hitting the ground. The ladder is a safety hazard. Be careful. ... show more

  • Totally Rusted
Year one we had to replace the swings. Year two the metal is rusting. Now the set is unusable.

  • Great quality, long assembly time. Kids LOVE it!
We installed this in March, 3 months ago, and it has been used almost daily since. Kids really love it. Smaller children (3 or so) can safely climb the tower and use the slide, though some kids are more cautious. The size seems appropriate for kids as old as 10-12., and we’ve had lots of kids about 8 years old on it and the size is great. The swings are a nice height and swing arc, much bigger than many cheaper alternatives which should let kids grow into this for quite awhile. I’m pleased with the quality, customer support, and expect this to last a long time. Assembly: be warned, this takes a LOT of time to assemble, I had 16-17 hours in it working alone, no adult help. I did have two small kids helping/learning which made a few areas more doable as you need a hand holding a wrench etc, but also slowed me down. But overall, very doable for a single adult. I would call myself very handy, this isn’t about being difficult, it’s just time consuming. Watch the videos, and follow the instructions and it is very DIY friendly. I assembled many of the large items in my garage first, including the main tower structure and then carried everything outside to position and finish it. This helped me time the weather. The roof is the most frustrating part if you have short arms and work alone. I also made a couple modifications in order to position side panels, slide, and ladder in positions that worked with my space. Again, very doable but be aware that railing, grab handles and general upper deck parts are specific to the orientation they intended, so you have to jockey around parts so holes line up and you can assemble as you wish, takes some forethought. There are some easy ways to do it (a few swaps without modifications), or you can drill a couple holes. I hope the quality holds up for many years because it is such a nice unit. Only time will tell. ... show more

  • Challenging but sturdy
The assembly isn't easy. You absolutely will need at least 2 people for some steps. I gave up and used standard bolts in a few places instead of the fasteners provided. But once assembled it's very sturdy. Mine actually got flipped by a pop up severe storm the day after i completed it. I hadn't positioned it where i wanted it and thus didn't have the anchors in yet. Flipped it back up and it was just fine. One downside is the packaging. The instructions just lay inside the top if the box so if you'ree box gets rained on at all like mine did they will be useless. A plastic sleeve for these would be handy. I used the Bilt app to construct mine and found it very helpful. Might have been a blessing the instructions were ruined. I did message customer support about getting replacement instructions but they never responded. ... show more
