The sandal is very comfortable, but whoever decided to score the brand name in the heel should be shot. For people with sensitive feet, it will be such an irritant that the shoe will be useless. I have kept the sandals only because I put tape over the brand. Please consider it on the side of the shoe. FitFlop is a GREAT brand. They are, I believe, British and one can always assume that their shoes are comfortable enough to wear all day. The thick sole feels like walking on a cloud and the adjustable straps will ensure that every width (or arch) can be accommodated. There is a reason that they can afford to be on the pricey side.
