It comes with the best instruction to install, i suggest you couple the paper manual with the YouTube video, i installed it mostly all by myself. It is actually easier than the inground version because after you fill out the water, the counterweight of water can leverage the board and hoop very easily. It is built very solid, quiet bouncing. The hardware is clearly marked and organized by different packs. Highly recommended Update: I drill 2 foot deep holes and filled it with quickcrete to anchor the base with the pre installed chain it comes with, It is a very good design, no need to add more weight on the base. ... show more

Old backboard was plastic and delaminated from the frame. This product is solid and has the right feel for when the basketball hits the backboard. Train your shot correctly for when it counts on the court.

Decent ball hoop. Trash hardware, good luck putting it together. Also, careful my hydraulic piston doesn't lock, which means you can get injured moving it around. Lawsuit waiting to happen. The hoop is pretty sturdy and looks great, however, the assembly should be done by at least three to four individuals or it can be quite dangerous. With the backboard and pole being as heavy as they are, it definitely requires muscles. But, overall, pleased with the end product.
