It comes with the best instruction to install, i suggest you couple the paper manual with the YouTube video, i installed it mostly all by myself. It is actually easier than the inground version because after you fill out the water, the counterweight of water can leverage the board and hoop very easily. It is built very solid, quiet bouncing. The hardware is clearly marked and organized by different packs. Highly recommended Update: I drill 2 foot deep holes and filled it with quickcrete to anchor the base with the pre installed chain it comes with, It is a very good design, no need to add more weight on the base. ... show more

    • Worth the money!!
Color: Clear
I can’t say anything bad about this product. Assembly wasn’t too bad. Take your time and step by step. My son and I did it in a couple hours. Backboard is pretty stiff! Which was extremely important to me. It is sturdy once base is filled with water. For the price, I feel like it was a win-win. I recommend this product. ... show more

    • No more cheap backboard blues
Color: Clear
Old backboard was plastic and delaminated from the frame. This product is solid and has the right feel for when the basketball hits the backboard. Train your shot correctly for when it counts on the court.

    • Super solid basketball hoop, some assembly required!
Color: Clear
Look, its a good hoop, but you gotta have some folks together to get this thing here built ja heard?

    • Overall, solid product, but assembly is challenging.
Color: Clear
The hoop is pretty sturdy and looks great, however, the assembly should be done by at least three to four individuals or it can be quite dangerous. With the backboard and pole being as heavy as they are, it definitely requires muscles. But, overall, pleased with the end product.

    • Trash Hardware
Color: Clear
Decent ball hoop. Trash hardware, good luck putting it together. Also, careful my hydraulic piston doesn't lock, which means you can get injured moving it around. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Lifetime needs to get a better machine shop or better product(s) and hardware. Absolute nightmare for nearly every critical threading bolt/screw, etc. ... show more

    • Easy to assemble!
Color: Clear
Easy to assemble! There is a video, app and paper instructions. Very solid construction and glass backboard reacts much better than poly.

    • Threaded parts not threaded correctly.
Color: Clear
Threaded parts not threaded correctly. Had to re tap the holes and the Allen headed bolts. Added hour(s) Overall, the quality of the product is superb. There are two steps that were confusing. I was able to assemble and erect the hoop alone. But, it would have been great to have a second or third set of hands there to help. ... show more
