I make bread on a regular basis. When my Kitchenaide mixer died I needed a way to mix the bread dough. This dough whisk works very well and gets me up to the point where I can knead the dough by hand. The design is such that I can scrape the dough from the sides of the mixing bowl and mix them back with the dough ball - much better than using a large spoon. It is very efficient, strong and clean. I am so glad I ordered this handy little tool, and doubly glad I did not order one with a wooden handle. It is great for making a quick batch of bread dough when I am too lazy to mess with the heavy duty mixer. Since it does not have a wooden handle, it easily goes into the dishwasher. That came in really handy the last time I made hamburgers. It handled mixing up two pounds of ground meat and spices with ease. I gave it a quick rinse and dropped it into the dishwasher. I recently purchased two of these whisks. One for my self and one for my sister. I was so impressed with it I tried to buy one for my mother but was denied purchase. I love finding things I enjoy and love to share my finds with family and friends. I buy them and give them to them so we can enjoy fun projects together. Some people are on hard times right now and can't afford them. I also love to buy ethique shampoo and other wonderful products on amazon and love to give them ask gifts. If I love it why not share the love? So right now my board out of our minds family are trying to think of fun things to do and bread making has us interested. Do too coronavirus we are trying to be proactive. So here I am having to buy this same exact whisk on another web page because I exceeded the limit of 2. My mother will love it I'm sure! Our French bread baking marathon will be fun and take our minds off of this terrible time we are going through. A plus that came out of this is I'm looking into other companies to buy my products through other then amazon.
