A very nice machine. I purchased it because I had been noticing more fluid retention in my ankles, even though I don't have a diagnosis for such a condition. Also for muscular back pain that has been going on for a while. My chiropractor had a similar machine that I used at his office once when I was so locked up and tight and it just melted the tension away so he was able to easily do an adjustment he was having difficulty with previously. Since then I've always wanted one. I'm 72 and have also been having some balance issues and I'm hoping it will help with that as others have reported. I already notice some pain relief in my back that was keeping me up at night. Slept great last night. I think that doing this twice a day for 10 minutes will be sufficient. Will see if I get inspired to do more. The machine has a very strong vibration that you can adjust levels on from quite low to high. I think that any age range could use this as long as you can stand, but maybe just for your feet if you are needing to sit. Since I have a mini tramp I place the machine right in front of it and use the support handle on the tramp to keep my balance. Hope I won't need that forever. Im marking it 5 starts but it seems that amazon will only let me mark 4. The only issue is how heavy this machine is. If I had realized that I would have purchased the mini waiver. If you're older you might want to consider that.

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

This was not what I expected, but I really like it now that I've used it a while. First, it is a really substantial piece of equipment. It's not light, although it's not so heavy you can't move it around, and the materials are good quality. It has a higher weight limit so my husband, who is a bigger guy, can also use it. The title uses the term "vibration" but it's not really just a feeling under your feet...the top plate actually moves very slightly up and down like a teeter totter. What I discovered is that this movement is meant to force your muscles to work extra hard to keep you stable while you do simple exercises while standing on it. At first, I was like "How is this supposed to be a workout?" Well, I tried it out...I stood on it, did some squats, some leg lifts, some light arm exercises with weights, etc. I got off and shrugged and was like, "OK, simple enough." The next day my legs were sore. Good sore, but sore. It does more than you think. It comes with a book that talks about simple exercises but there aren't a lot of them. I'm experimenting with other things I can do on it to boost my workout. I did get this at a sale price, but I think it is worth the money. The only thing I wish they would improve is the arm bands that come with the machine. You attach them to the sides of the machine in order to do arm workouts without weights, but they are pretty wimpy. I have other heavier bands here at home, but they don't have a way to connect to the machine. But other than that, I really like this.

I like my LifePro. It is very relaxing to my legs and feet. I have balance issues so I mainly sit to use it. The LifePro makes some noise but it is not loud. The design of the board is stable to stand on or sit with your feet on it. The movement it has is not rough and rather relaxing. The LifePro actually relives the pain in my legs. I have neuropathy in both legs and feet and the movement helps with pain. I took away one star because the plug in the back of the machine does not like to stay in place. It is almost like the cord plug is too small for the opening. Wish that was not an issue.
