I bought a pop up steam sauna along with this because I wanted the best of both worlds without taking up space in my small condo. This doesn't get super hot, but it does make you sweat which is exactly what I was looking for. It sort of feels like a heating pad all across your body which is just an incredible feeling. I love the arm holes so you can do things while you sweat. I can literally sit in this thing for an hour or more. When I get out I'm just drenched in sweat. This is a great product and I'm happy to have found it. It comes with a lifetime warranty if you register the blanket which is nice. I haven't used the warranty so I don't know how legit it is, but something to mention. If you're looking for something really hot this might not be for you. There are sauna suits you can wear that I am going to try out with this to see if it makes a big difference. If you have the money I think it pairs well with a popup steam sauna. My steam sauna gets me really hot this product makes me sweat so that's why I think it's a good pairing. One thing I wanted to mention in this review is the emf. The amount of emf this produces is not anything higher than things we have in our house (like computers and cell phones). When I ordered this I barely knew anything about emf so it concerned me. Fortunately if you dig into it emf it's nothing concerning on lower levels like this. I think whatever harm it could possibly do would pale in comparison to the benefits it provides. Sweating is how our bodies detoxify. The benefits of saunas are insane and everyone should have one. The concept of a sauna blanket is genuis and I'm tempted to get one for everyone I know now.

Updated Response I recently wrote a review of the sauna bag by LifePro, and I would like to update it to reflect the excellent customer service I received from Joel ( CEO ). After my initial review, Joel went above and beyond to rectify the situation by sending flowers and a note to express his concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. He also has offered to replace the unit and provide a refund. I want to express my appreciation for Joel's efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. I understand that malfunctions can happen, and it's refreshing to see a company that is willing to go the extra mile for its customers. Thank you, LifePro and Joel, for making things right. Your dedication to customer service has not gone unnoticed, and I would highly recommend the sauna bag to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient way to enjoy regular sauna sessions. ___________________________________________________________-- Original Review I was really pleased with my sauna bag - it was an affordable and convenient way to enjoy regular sauna sessions. I used it up to four times a week and loved the relaxing and detoxifying experience. However, my satisfaction with the product quickly turned to concern when I noticed a strange smell during a session. It wasn't until I stepped out of the bag that I realized it had melted and was actually smoking. The bag had burned a hole through itself, and there was a melted spot on my rug underneath it. While I understand that malfunctions can happen, the consequences of this particular one could have been disastrous. Unfortunately, when I contacted the manufacturer to request a refund or replacement, I was told that I was past the deadline for returns. This was a frustrating experience, especially considering the price point of the product. Overall, while the sauna bag provided a great experience initially, the malfunction and lack of customer support left me disappointed.
