A friend of mine got one of these for a gift and told me about it on the phone (we live several states away from each other). I remembered seeing some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) several years ago which looked intriguing, but frankly all of the units for sale at the time where priced way out of my comfort zone. My friend told me how effective this unit was and how good he felt. I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from a pretty active life, and typical resistance exercise (which I feel is very necessary for continued ability to move) has become more and more challenging since I have reached the magical Medicare age. I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were all very good, so I decided to pull the trigger on one and try it. Wow! What an amazing unit! Ten minutes on this unit literally replaces an hour of lifting weights! I have used it daily for approximately two weeks now, and the difference is incredible. I have a chronic bad back and wass normally an elbow-shaped creature when I got up in the morning. No more! My posture has improved and daily pain levels have dropped from a norm of 6 (on the doctor's office rating scale of 1-10) to about a 2! Resistance exercise has become much easier to do. The unit is very robust (I am 6'02" and weigh about 240 lbs). The price point is well within pretty much anyone's range. Way cheaper than a membership at a health club, and in my opinion (now that I have actually used it) is more effective. If you want something that can give your body much-needed exercise (without having to devote hours we don't all have available at it). The company has a fantastic website you can access with a lot of videos showing you the surprising number of things you can do with this. Their customer service is immediately responsive and helpful. This is definitely worth taking a look at for anyone interested in being proactive in the care and maintenance of their body. Personally, I treasure the ability to remain upright and keep a certain level of health. If you do to, take a look at this machine. You will not regret it!

Our family has LOVED this machine! It is a great way to burn a few extra calories, help with soreness after a long workout, and just get everything moving in the body. At first it seemed pricey, but it is wonderful and you definitely get what you buy! The company is great! It does take some space, but I think it is worth it. It is heavy duty and everyone in the family feels comfortable using it.

This is an amazing piece of equipment! I have only been using it for a few weeks now but I have found it easy to set up, use and enjoy. I purchased this LifePro Rumblex to aid in my need for increased bone density, so I am unable to give a comment on its efficiency regarding bone improvement, just yet. I have however noticed an ease of arthritic knee pain and I also sense a tingling throughout my entire body once finished with an obvious increased blood flow and energy. The vibration levels are perfectly set so one can start out easy and build up to the higher levels all of which feel marvelous...I truly am enjoying using it and looking forward to adding in the exercise routine shown in the booklet. It is sturdy and rather heavy so once you find the best location that spot will be its home. Great product, looking forward to years of use and health.

The media could not be loaded. My purpose in using the Rumblex is to increase circulation in my lower legs and improve balance. After watching a physical therapist's video regarding oscillation and vibration benefits, iI decided to give it a try.. So far, I have not had the leg cramps I was experiencing before, and my balance is getting better. I use the resistance bands and will probably order some that provide more resistance. I have not tried the mini bands yet. For those who may be concerned about balance, I would recommend a counter-height, sturdy chair placed in front of them, as you are several inches off the floor when using the unit. The unit is heavy, but portable, and is sturdy even on carpet. The vibration speed can easily be increased with the wrist bracelet. I wish the time could be adjusted to 15-10 minutes, but I use it a couple of times a day at different times or back to back.

This is an amazing machine. I’d wished I’d had it 9 years ago and my body wouldn’t have hurt so bad. In a short 10 days the Rumblex has made my body stronger and pain in my shoulder is gone. I love this machine and it’s easy to use. Don’t hesitate to try it. Very sturdily built. I can pick it up but easy to move around. Love the triple way vibration
