I did extension research on several different websites/platforms (weeks of research!) prior to making a vibration plate (VP) purchase. Once I made the decision to purchase a VP, I had to figure out which one would benefit me. I didn’t want to make an impulse buy. I’m thankful I discovered the Lifepro Fitness website. I LOVE my Rumblex Pro! I choose this model because I wanted it to be a one-time purchase. I had never used a VP before but I figured to get a more advanced one and work up to its level. In addition to loving the quality of Vibration Plate (VP), having a lifetime warranty really was persuasive. I received my pate on December 1st and I’ve been using it faithfully. I deal with swelling in my lower legs, ankles and feet—Diabetes – lymphatic blockage – obesity = extreme pain. Since using my Rumblex Pro the pain that I’ve been struggling with for over a year has become manageable. I’m able to wear my shoes I couldn’t fit in a year ago! I can’t put into words what it’s like to walk into my closet and put on shoes that were either too tight or too painful to wear last year. All this in only 14 days of using my VP!!! I am 76 overweight, with weak legs, hip and back pains and hardly able to walk and spent over 10 hour per day on the computer. I tried to reverse my deteriorating condition by joining a gym, group exercising, pool therapy, massages, etc. But it takes too much time which I value. Now I have the Rumblex in the same room with my computer so I get on it everyday. From my first session (10 min every day at level 1) my hip and back problems are almost gone, and I can walk all day without getting tired. Lack of exercise for many years made up in less than a week, less than 1 hour of exercise on the Rumblex Pro. I wouldn't believe it if I had not experienced it myself. I am not getting paid for this except for getting my energy back (with no pains) and feeling young again. Besides the excellent quality of the vibrating plate, the support you provide via training videos and introductory emails helping me get started - this has become almost a daily activity for me. I am hopeful that it will help me get started on my road to regaining my fitness health ( I have a long way to go!). I needed something I could commit to without fear of injury or my limited capacity - this does it. After a fair amount of research and product comparison, this one felt like the best investment for a good quality option - there are cheaper ones and far more expensive ones . I am somewhat reluctant to comment on the LifePro Rumblex 4D Pro Vibration Plate because I have only been in possession for two weeks. However, I am eager to comment on two aspects of my experience to date that explains why I gave it five stars. First of all, I have never been more impressed with customer service than I have with this product. It's like joining a high-end club. The other factor is the quality of the machine itself - very well designed/manufactured and with a life time warranty! Well, I had trouble activating the battery in the remote but I called customer service and actually spoke to a real person. I received a new remote within days. Meanwhile, they surround you with support both video and live sessions. I throughly enjoy using the machine. My only concern is that I may be overdoing it as a newbie (I have been doing 4 ten-minute sessions every day). I am in love wth the concept. There is lots of on-line testimony from people who have gotten results. I will send a progress report when I have a bit more experience. ... show more

This machine is stunning! I love how quiet it is, yet how powerful the settings are! It’s easy to use, instructions are super straight forward, and you can use a remote or press the buttons on LED display! I often get issues in my knees, so it’s great to balance that out with this platform! I also love it to strengthen my ankles, level out my hips after Chiro adjustments, and overall make any workout harder by balancing on this platform! Still have more ways to learn about it and play with it more and more, but this was definitely an amazing INVESTMENT for my home gym! Thank you, guys!!!!!! ... show more
