Last year, I fell and crushed my ankle and my lower leg exploded open. Due to the severity of the break, there was a high possibility of amputation. The lymphatic system in my leg was destroyed when they tried to repair my damaged ankle and insert all the hardware (which will never be removed). Bad circulation and feet and leg swelling has always been a problem for me, now my problem was worse. My foot zoner had me use her vibration plate and felt it made a difference and suggested I look into getting one. While I was willing to purchase the one she had for $3K, I wanted to make sure it really did work before I laid out that kind of money. So I looked around and found the LifePro Rumblex 4D Pro Vibration Plate. I can't believe the difference. I could tell a difference the first time I used it. Circulation has improved, feet are not as cold as they once were, I know that my lymphatic system is working, and I haven't suffered from my usual leg and ankle cramps. I can also tell a difference in my balance and leg strength. I use this 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before I go to bed. As the description states, it helps to relax and give you a good night's sleep. There are so many possibilities in how to use this machine, which makes it very versatile, so if you are unable to stand or have really bad balance, you can even sit in a chair and just place your feet on the machine to get benefit. This machine is very heavy duty and will hold up, has wheels making it easy to move around, but heavy and with the rubber feet, it won't move on you. While this machine is not silent, I was surprised at how quiet it is. I have it sitting on a rug and I can watch tv or talk on the phone with no trouble. The cost of this unit beats the $3K price tag of the one my friend has and I think they are comparable in every way. For a disabled work-from-home older person, this is the best piece of equipment I have found. I was sceptical at first, but I tell all my friends to try it! I use the machine for about two hours a day on various settings and notice a huge increase in my leg and core strength. I have lost 4 lbs this week and can watch TV or movies while I get exercise. I have also noticed more energy throughout the day. This is the best value for money that a person can ask for! As a bonus, i have noticed less swelling in my ankles and think my skin looks healthier! Only gripe I have is they should make the LifePro Max where is runs longer than 10 minutes before it shuts down! ... show more

I’ve had my Lifepro vibration plate for about a year now, and it’s become part of my daily routine. I don’t really use it for workouts..I mainly use it to stretch every morning, but I always feel better afterward. My lower back feels looser, my legs feel stronger, and even my mood feels lifted after using it. I used to get random lower back issues, but have not since I started using this. It's 100% worth the 10 mins/day. Recently, I had an issue with my machine and had to reach out to customer service. I was blown away by how smooth the process was. My plate needed to be replaced, and unlike most warranty claims I’ve dealt with before, this one was handled so quickly!! Approved and shipped within 24 hours, and I had the replacement the next day. The Rumblex Pro was easy to unpack and set up. My husband and I are both seeing benefits as we learn more about using the machine to help us with our fitness goals. We feel this was a wise purchase. I have had a few challenges getting everything set up on the manufacture’s website to register for the lifetime warranty, but their Customer Support was excellent to help get that done. The one thing buyers should know is the training video library responds best to a computer browser versus our Apple browsers. My workaround is to open the video on my laptop and then email the link to myself. From there, I can open the video on my phone or tablet to watch while I am using the RumblexPro. ... show more

So far so good just amazing. Definitely love the vibration that goes throughout my body feeling like a full body workout. Go get your Rumblex 4D Pro today. It’s definitely worth every penny. First glance it looks like it wouldn’t give you that workout experience, but because there’s different levels of vibration it hits different body parts. My mother has used it, grandmother, brother, and I have all enjoyed this product so much. We are all working on losing weight & this is an excellent addition to my workout routine. The sleek black finish blends in with my workout equipment at home. You can use it standing up or sitting down which ever accommodates your body. It has a little weight to it when moving, but for the most part I leave it in one space. I love the extra elastic bands that the Rumblex lifepro comes with. Also the fact that the weight limit is 330lbs is a plus. We are using this to losing weight and also regulate circulation in our body’s. The Rumblex Lifepro 4D doesn’t take up much space so sliding it under my table is a plus also. Unlike other vibrating machines they are very big and bulky and my house isn’t that big & wouldn’t want it taking up to much space. The Rumblex Lifepro 4D is suitable for all age groups ranging from 13-100 years old. It could be fun to add the kids to your workout circuit when I’m at home and not wanting to head to the gym and workout. If you have to chose a vibrating machine to help with your body this Lifepro is the best and killing the game. Definitely a game changer for real.
