Super easy to assemble, 10 min. Reduced my back pain first use. Have been using the platform twice daily. Great for swelling in hands and feet after walking. I use it before my elliptical and can now go 10 min on the elliptical without pain. Highly recommend. We'll worth the price.

I'm not a dramatic person, so I really mean it that this machine is life-changing! Sure, I'm a newbie to whole body vibration, but I know I feel the effects already. The machine was very easy to put together--my 14 year old assembled it in half an hour, so he could be the inaugural user of it. It feels solid, and the ability to use it at the gentlest levels and then go up to super vibration mode is a great feature. I've got my 79 year old father on it, and he has multiple health issues--easy does it on the vibration plate, and he felt great after. So the whole family from age 9 to 79 is on it every day since we got it. The variety of exercises on the machine control board and with the instructions are enough to keep you challenged, but there are also video tutorials on the company's website and a very motivating online support group. I'll post a video soon, too. I was skeptical about whole body vibration, but all that changed from the first day we all used it. Everyone felt energized and good after using it. You only need to use it 10-20 min at a time and 1-2 times a day to get the benefits. The price for something like this is really great, too. I looked at a big box warehouse before and was not willing to shell out over $1K for something so new to me. Plus, when registering your product, the company gives you a lifetime warranty for free!     • Pretty easy to assemble, does a good job of activating muscles!
Likes: - The item arrived quickly and undamaged (which, when the instructions warn that heavy stuff might be damaged, is a concern) - It was fairly easy to assemble. It was nice that all of the fasteners were in place, rather than having to dump and sort through dozens of fasteners from a bag and trying to find the right one for each assembly step. - It was MUCH quieter than I (and my spouse) expected. - Even on the lowest setting, within a minute or two, I can feel my muscles working. I got the same report from my spouse after she took it for a spin. Dislikes: - I'm not a strong guy, so when I tighten fasteners, I tighten them as best I can, but would never consider myself some kind of wrenching gorilla. So it was rather disappointing when I tightened one of the two bolts at the bottom of the left tube and the bolt started spinning in the hole, since that indicates that I stripped it. I thought, "Wow, I guess I didn't realize how hard I was turning that tiny wrench; I'll go easy from here on out." And while I was tightening the screw between the handle and the tube on the right side, the same thing happened. After I completed the assembly and took it on its maiden voyage, I realized that my fears about this device shaking apart all of its fasteners was completely unfounded and, in retrospect, I now see that I could have gently tightened the fasteners and all would have been fine. At the end of the day, I don't think that these two loose fasteners will cause any problems, but it's disappointing to know that the metal and/or the cut of the threads and/or the fasteners themselves cannot withstand some minor torque applied to them. - The instructions in the manual said to loosely tighten each set of fasteners and then to tighten them all near the end of the assembly process. However, the video instructions on the website said to tighten all fasteners as I went. It would have been good to know which one of those was right. Also, if I'd followed the manual to the letter (loosely tightening each set of fasteners as I went), there would have been no way to tighten the top two bolts once the console had been attached. So, at a minimum, the manual needs a revision at that step. - I think the video instructions said that this would take 10 minutes to assemble. I tend to be a careful assembler and it took me about a half-hour. Part of that was wondering whether I should be following the written manual or the video instructions and trying to tease apart the differences between those two. - The UI on the console leaves a little to be desired. Having one button for Pulse and another button for Time is an inefficient use of buttons/space. Like if you had a button on your wall to turn on your lights and another button to turn off your lights; one button could just flip it to the other state. Also, the separator between minutes and seconds is a decimal point, not a colon. Realistically, though, none of the dislikes are showstoppers. This was an economical alternative to the over-$1000 models that are out there and while I've never used the others, I can see how standing on this thing for 10 minutes a day (or more, I guess) will help work some muscles that I don't get a good chance to work. I'm not exactly sure how to use the included straps (although they definitely increased the work I felt like I was performing on the devide) or the extra resistance bands, but I'm sure it'll be fine if I don't use them or maybe I can poke around on the website. I need support to stand in one place for anything more than a brief time, so I'd never get one of these which lacks handles. Being 6'3", I wish that the handles were a little higher, but my hands reach the handles, so it's fine. If we end up using this a lot, I can see upgrading to one of the expensive ones, but for now, this one seems to suit our needs just fine. Small edits/additions: The included phone holder features a clamp which might fit around a bicycle handlebar (I think the generic instruction sheet shows such a use case), but it does not fit around the handlebar of this device. Personally, I don't care, but my wife was looking for a way to keep her phone visible while using the device and I see no way for that to happen with this holder. The included cupholder mounted easily to the two fasteners on the center support, but I think it's a little small for the water bottles we tend to use. ... show more

I’m a 62-year-old female. I am 5’3” and weigh162 pounds. Aside from being 20 pounds heavier than I would prefer, I am otherwise healthy, strong, enjoy good energy, and do not have any pain or ailments. I tried a similar (but noisier) machine two weeks ago and knew I had to have one. I immediately started researching, reading reviews and decided on this one. I am not disappointed. In fact, I am thrilled. I absolutely love how this machine activates my muscles and organs so intensely and effortlessly on my part, and without any jarring impact. I bought this machine because I hope it will help me tone muscles and lose fat. But, I have a feeling the health benefits might be wider-ranging than I initially hoped or imagined. Women typically suffer from urinary incontinence. I can hold my urine but I might have a little leakage if I sneeze. I suspect the shaking motion is strengthening muscles that are deep within my body. I’ve been using this machine daily for one week. I started off at speed 35, increased it to 50 the next day and a few days later increased it to 75. I do four 10-minute intervals. I have not experienced any dizziness aside from the pleasant buzz that lasts maybe 15 seconds when the 10 minutes are up and I stand there, hands still holding the rails. Standing with my feet shoulder width apart and my knees slightly bent, I feel the shaking mostly in my feet, legs, lower torso and mid torso. To activate my arms, neck, shoulders, upper torso and face, I put my hands flat on the vibration plate while I squat with feet on the floor, facing either toward or away from the machine.
