  • LifePro Rhythm Vibration Plate Is A Great Exercise Machine LifePro Rhythm Vibration Plate Is A Great Exercise Machine
This LifePro Rhythm Vibration Plate is great for seniors. It is sturdy and very simple to assemble. It’s a game changer for helping my husbands feet with his neuropathy. And as for me it’s helping with my back and knee pains. I would recommend this machine to all ages. The one downside is the phone holder doesn’t fit it will rip your cushion handle. ... show more

  • Awesome vibration plate
I bought the LifePro Rhythm Vibration Plate for my wife since she has issues with back pain. I know what you're thinking, how can a vibration plate help with back pain. While that answer is above my pay grade what I can say is that based on my wife's feedback is, it actually does help with back pain. This unit is solid and heavy and appears to be made of quality materials, we've only owned it for a few months so I can't speak to the longevity of the product but so far it's performed well. My wife has also reported some weight loss after using it for a while so there seems to be a correlation there as well. If you have balance issues you're definitely going to want one with handles you can grip while using the unit. That's partly why I settled on this one, the main reason is my wife actually used her friends a few times and really liked it. I also read through product reviews and did some research into the Lifepro brand of vibration plates. Once all that checked out I purchased this model and my wife is very happy with the purchase so as long as she's happy, I'm happy. ... show more

  • Perfect Quick Exercise
absolutely love my Lifepro vibration plate—it’s one of those purchases I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it regularly. It’s incredibly easy to incorporate into my day, whether I have time for a full workout or just a quick session to get my body moving. What really stands out is how effective it feels in such a short amount of time. Even just standing on it engages muscles I don’t normally think about, and when I add simple exercises like squats or lunges, I can feel the difference immediately. It’s low-impact but still gives me that “worked out” feeling, which is perfect for busy days or when I don’t want something too intense. ... show more

  • Pretty easy to assemble, does a good job of activating muscles!
Likes: - The item arrived quickly and undamaged (which, when the instructions warn that heavy stuff might be damaged, is a concern) - It was fairly easy to assemble. It was nice that all of the fasteners were in place, rather than having to dump and sort through dozens of fasteners from a bag and trying to find the right one for each assembly step. - It was MUCH quieter than I (and my spouse) expected. - Even on the lowest setting, within a minute or two, I can feel my muscles working. I got the same report from my spouse after she took it for a spin. Dislikes: - I'm not a strong guy, so when I tighten fasteners, I tighten them as best I can, but would never consider myself some kind of wrenching gorilla. So it was rather disappointing when I tightened one of the two bolts at the bottom of the left tube and the bolt started spinning in the hole, since that indicates that I stripped it. I thought, "Wow, I guess I didn't realize how hard I was turning that tiny wrench; I'll go easy from here on out." And while I was tightening the screw between the handle and the tube on the right side, the same thing happened. After I completed the assembly and took it on its maiden voyage, I realized that my fears about this device shaking apart all of its fasteners was completely unfounded and, in retrospect, I now see that I could have gently tightened the fasteners and all would have been fine. At the end of the day, I don't think that these two loose fasteners will cause any problems, but it's disappointing to know that the metal and/or the cut of the threads and/or the fasteners themselves cannot withstand some minor torque applied to them. - The instructions in the manual said to loosely tighten each set of fasteners and then to tighten them all near the end of the assembly process. However, the video instructions on the website said to tighten all fasteners as I went. It would have been good to know which one of those was right. Also, if I'd followed the manual to the letter (loosely tightening each set of fasteners as I went), there would have been no way to tighten the top two bolts once the console had been attached. So, at a minimum, the manual needs a revision at that step. - I think the video instructions said that this would take 10 minutes to assemble. I tend to be a careful assembler and it took me about a half-hour. Part of that was wondering whether I should be following the written manual or the video instructions and trying to tease apart the differences between those two. - The UI on the console leaves a little to be desired. Having one button for Pulse and another button for Time is an inefficient use of buttons/space. Like if you had a button on your wall to turn on your lights and another button to turn off your lights; one button could just flip it to the other state. Also, the separator between minutes and seconds is a decimal point, not a colon. Realistically, though, none of the dislikes are showstoppers. This was an economical alternative to the over-$1000 models that are out there and while I've never used the others, I can see how standing on this thing for 10 minutes a day (or more, I guess) will help work some muscles that I don't get a good chance to work. I'm not exactly sure how to use the included straps (although they definitely increased the work I felt like I was performing on the devide) or the extra resistance bands, but I'm sure it'll be fine if I don't use them or maybe I can poke around on the website. I need support to stand in one place for anything more than a brief time, so I'd never get one of these which lacks handles. Being 6'3", I wish that the handles were a little higher, but my hands reach the handles, so it's fine. If we end up using this a lot, I can see upgrading to one of the expensive ones, but for now, this one seems to suit our needs just fine. Small edits/additions: The included phone holder features a clamp which might fit around a bicycle handlebar (I think the generic instruction sheet shows such a use case), but it does not fit around the handlebar of this device. Personally, I don't care, but my wife was looking for a way to keep her phone visible while using the device and I see no way for that to happen with this holder. The included cupholder mounted easily to the two fasteners on the center support, but I think it's a little small for the water bottles we tend to use. ... show more

  • Well-made and reasonable cost
I was first introduced to vibration therapy as part of a Red Light Therapy special. The lights felt great, but after I was on this machine for 10 minutes I felt energized, strong and limber all at the same time. Red Light therapy is expensive and I only did 8 visits before I decided it costs too much and only doing it once weekly was not enough to see any real results. So I stopped that and found myself missing the vibration more than the Red Lights. I saw this machine on Amazon and it seems to be the exact model I was using at the clinic. Being under $300 made it very attractive also. The machine is well made and it was easy for this 61 year old woman to assemble. It only took about 15 minutes. The difficult part was simply kneeling on the floor to assemble it! The only thing I would clarify in the instructions is that when you assemble, you do want the bolts to be holding but not tightened all the way until they are all in place. However, the instructions state that after you secure the console you have to go back and tighten all of the bolts. This is true off all the bolts except for the bolts connecting the handles under the console. You do want to tighten them as much as you can before you connect the console on top of the handles. If not, you would have an added step of removing the console after you applied it to re-tighten the bolts under it. So tighten them as much as possible before attaching the console and then go back and tighten all of the other bolts. The console isn't very heavy but it is a bit difficult to hold it in place while protecting the wiring and simultaneously tightening the small bolts to attach it. Two people would be optimal for this, but it can be done by one. The machine seems to run well and vibrates you pretty good. You can hear the machine running and vibrating, but the noise is very minimal. But be aware if you attach the arm bands to the eyelets on the base that they will make an irritating clanging noise unless you are actively using them and have tension on the cords. I didn't find these helpful since you cannot adjust the length. I'm fairly tall, so they will work, but if I could shorten them it would offer more tension. If you are a petite person, you may not find these useful at all. I am probably just going to remove them. I have had the machine for 6 days and have used it daily and already feel so much better! I can feel myself getting stronger and my balance and flexibility is improving. When I come home from work, my back and feet sometimes ache and I swear they feel better after a 10 minute vibration session. I'm hoping it does help increase metabolism and weight loss, but it is too soon to judge that. However, I do feel great! I see many vibration plates without handlebars and one reason I chose this one was because it does have handlebars. They can help steady you yet they are wide enough to not be constrictive if you are doing stretches or exercise on the machine. If you want to practice balancing, you don't have to hold on to them, but they are there if you need them. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this machine. ... show more

  • This equipment is awesome!
I was using the Rhythm at my local physical therapy but can only go in once a week because they are so far away. I am using this machine as well as other therapies to reverse neuropathy in my left leg. I am an amputee on the right and after having a hip replacement several years ago I was left with neuropathy in my left leg which has been progressively getting worse. I love the vibration plate helps stimulate blood flow but it also helps with balance, core strength and metabolism. It helps loosen my back when I use it and I feel great afterwards. I am thrilled I was able to get this equipment at home so I can use it daily. I like it has handles in case I need them but the way it’s built is very versatile. It was very easy to put together and easy to operate. ... show more

  • Good choice. Better than others
For an at home option this one for exceeds the others. Easy assembly, easy to get the warranty, easy to operate and fully functional. Good presets and manual is the default. Extras are nice. The phone holder just does not fit though. And the mat sent could be thicker. Otherwise no reason not to give 5 stars. ... show more

  • Pain Relief, Therapeutic Recovery Pain Relief, Therapeutic Recovery
I’ve been using the LifePro Rhythm Vibration Plate Exercise Machine for just one week, and I can already feel a difference. After being in an accident, having a right knee replacement, and going through five minor back surgeries, I was barely able to move around my house. Now, I’m moving better and feeling more stable. This machine has really helped improve my circulation and muscle activation. The vibrations get my muscles working, increase blood flow, and reduce stiffness, which has been important for my recovery and limited mobility. It’s also helping with my balance and stability. Using the handles while doing light movements is helping me regain coordination and confidence. What I like most is that it’s a gentle recovery tool. It’s low impact, so I can stay active without putting too much strain on my joints or back. With consistent daily use, I’m also starting to feel more flexible, especially in my hips, legs, and lower back. For me, this has been a big step forward in just a short time. ... show more
