I purchased this item in December 2022. Half of the unit stopped warming up just a month later. I have been going back and forth with customer service since then. I've had to send pictures and videos PROVING it doesn't work only to be told the part they need is on back-order but will send it as soon as possible. When I followed up again and again and again there was always another reason. They promised to send me a new unit 7 weeks ago and I still haven't received it because they were waiting on some part to arrive however I can order a new one and it will be here in a week. Explain that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. LifePro's lifetime warranty is a joke. Perhaps by "lifetime warranty" they meant that it will take a lifetime to get a replacement.

I loved this product, but after a few months the domes stopped working/heating. I’ve contacted their customer service and they had me run a few tests to tell if it’s the cables or the domes. I gave the results and haven’t heard since regardless of how much I reach out. **UPDATE** They saw this review and offered a full refund which they NEVER sent. I’ve reached out again and again, but haven’t heard back. I need this replaced, fixed, or refunded at this point. I’ve also reached out to the company directly on their website and it’s just as bad. PLEASE do not buy this - you are throwing your money away…

The InfraDome is able to get surprisingly hot, and after 30 minutes I was completely drenched in sweat and felt amazing afterwards. The 660nm wavelength red light is also a neat feature. The only thing that was a challenge was attaching the Velcro heat shield while you are inside the device. The inside of the device is not particularly roomy, so you are limited by where you can place your arms and the direction you can move them, but this is expected due to the compactness of the device.

I loved How easy it was to assemble and I appreciate the fact that the timer shuts off after the allocated time. I can’t wait to use this after a workout in before a nice shower. I’m grateful for this product and how easy it was to get it.

They don't honor their warranty. Controller had smoke come out of it a couple of weeks of use and it hasn't worked since. Contacted seller and they claimed they were out of replacement parts. That was over 2 months ago. Still no repair parts sent. They do answer emails and phone calls but you just get a run around. When you pay this kind of money you want the seller to stand behind their product. I have contacted them through various means at least 10 times. Terrible is too good of a word to use regarding this product.
